Great products and customer service
I have seen amazing results from both the lash serum and the mascara. Now I also started using the eyebrow serum and I hope to see good results as well. I recommend it to everyone around me !
Costumer service is also great, there was a problem with custom charges when receiving my package in the Netherlands. Megan and Rachel from customer service helped me very quickly and resolved the issue. Thank you xxx

Customer service
The products and customer is great, I love the products to begin with but unfortunately on my order i had not recieved all products, a staff member, Megan K, was lovely and provided very good assitance and now I have a replacement order on its way to replace missing items.
I think overall, despite the small hiccup of the missing items, my experience was one of the best I have had with any brand and especially customer service xx

I ripped out a chunk of eyelashes back…
I ripped out a chunk of eyelashes back in August of 2025, i tried other lash serums but none seemed to work until i tried the by babes lash serum in december, my eyelashes had fully grown back in 3 months!!

you will see rustles very fast
i need results in my lashes in just over two weeks they have grown and thickened and the mascara is a great match it’s stopped me from ripping out my lashes when trying to get off mascara as it’s a tubing mascara and it gives thickness and length. 100% recommend these two products x

the best products
the best products! i have been using the lash serum for a long time now and my lashes are so long but also made them so full and thick. the mascara has also saved me as other mascaras rip out my lashes but this one is so easy to remove. Lip products are also amazing lip liners also last about 9-10 hours without re applying through the day without lip gloss x

Been using the by babes lash serum for a month and a half after having extensions for 4 years my lashes were ruined. This has saved my lashes! They’ve grown so long and become so full. Honestly didn’t think my lashes would be able to be saved! Couldn’t recommend this product enough xx
