Disappointed chosen phone wasn't shown…
Disappointed chosen phone wasn't shown as out of stock when I ordered it and I had to check with them where the phone was after a week as no comms sent to me advising there was 7-14 day wait. I was offered a different colour and that new phone arrived within 24hrs. So all good in the end.

I'm sorry to see you wish to return your handset and cancel the order as you would prefer to upgrade your contract. Upon review of the order, I can confirm a new contract was agreed at the point of sale as this was a better deal, and an internal migration advised at the networks discretion.
I can see your handset has been returned to our warehouse and is currently going through the cancellation process. This usually takes around 5-7 working days to process the cancellation by the network and once complete, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will then follow and take around 3-5 working days to appear in your account.
Once the cancellation is complete and if you still wish to replace as an upgrade instead, please feel free to call our sales team and they will be more than happy to help.

What a bloody joke. I order my partner a phone on o2 number for £21 a month with a Samsung a26 she past the credit check and paid the £9.09 up front cost. Then everything when wrong from their out lass is type 1 diabetic and need her phone for kids and for contacting me if out is wrong with her. 2days go's pass so we rang buyamobile to find why the order is on hold and then we had to ring 02 to sort our address as we have moved so that is sorted out. we rang buymoble and told them. Then the phone is out of stock now so we would have to wait a week or check the color which we did. Then it was delivered andthe sim would not work so ring buymoble they said ring 02 which we did 02 said we was not with them ring buymoble and then find out it's will Cycles which is a network that use 02 got that sorted 1day passed and then get a email off buymoble that they have made a mistake and want the phone buy. Or they are going to blacklist us and other things if they don't get the phone back we have posted the phone back no thank you off buymoble or rang us to sort out a phone and contact for my partner 5 days with out a phone for emergency calls. Which she need her phone now happy at all and we use them for years, to your reply below I've send you the order number and details and I emailed you to, still waiting. Just fobbing me off.
To the reply from buyamobile I did email you back and you didn't called call or email me back. What a Load of rubbish your reply just to made you look good

A regular review of Buymobiles
Perfectly legitimate company that puts forward some of the best deals out there for phones, I’ve had my last two phone contracts through them and haven’t been in store or anywhere else since.
Highly recommend. Only issue I have is a slow but gradual increase in phone bill which is part of the small text at the bottom of the page I presume, although not catastrophic this could inconvenience some people.

This company should be honest from the start. I ordered two contracts and was approved for only one. Have to wait three months to renew my second contract.
