Tried to order 2 phones, 1 for me 1 for hubby, both registered to me, hubby got his phone without any problems, they said mine needed a credit check so gave all the usual info , name, address, dob, the then asked for my driving licence no and passport no, which I refused to give so was told if you don't give us them you won't get the phone so told them to stick their phone and ended the call.

I am sorry to hear that you only received one of your orders. I understand the frustration when you order two phones, and only one gets accepted.
I have looked into your orders and can see that the first one passed through all the checks and has since been delivered. Regarding your second order, I can see that this passed our internal security checks, but was referred to the network.
This may have been due to you placing two orders for new contracts within a short period of time. To continue with the order, you would have needed to speak to the network to confirm some extra details, and we would continue with the order.

Simply choose what network you want to be on and choose from a widerange of mobiles including A refurbished Range of the highest standard. They will literally do all the rest and set everthing up between you and your network along with shipping your mobile to you the next day. Its an absolute effortless experience, unbeatable prices and shorter contract durations. The staff are very polite and well mannered they will stay on call and take the time to work out a plan that's perfect for you. I highly recommend this company. Seriously give it a try, You will be shocked by how good the service and value truly is.

Not good
Not good. Been waiting a week for my new phone to arrive and dpd seem to have lost it. Rang buymobiles and they were to ring dpd and find out what's going on then ring me back. That hasn't happened and my old number is due to get ported tomorrow and I haven't even received my phone. Order number 50388479.

Would never recommend
I have had the most unprofessional customer service experience. My mobile phone wasn’t delivered but that was a DPD issue….. I escalated to customer service with buymobiles and was reassured resolution in a week. Ofcourse nothing happens. Called the team again after the week but there weren’t any updates ….was reassured of a call back. Called again 2 days later as no one called me but was told nothing had progressed so asked to speak to a manager and was assured a call back as manager was busy . Again no call back …..when I called the next day was again told no updates and that the manager was on leave. Absolutely no courtesy to keep the customer updated increasing frustration levels, its my money so has to be me chasing them. I would not recommend buying from them.
