I wouldn't shop anywhere else...
I wouldn't shop anywhere else for mobile phones, and the fact they have added an upgrade option to their offering is absolutely sensational. The products and services offered by Buymobiles is second to none.
On this particular occasion, I had accidentally entered an incorrect detail in my order which led to the order being purchased. Totally my fault, however, one of their Customer Service Advisors, Enzo, was a testament to the company with the service he provided. He took ownership of the issue, communicated both the problems and solutions promptly, and the issue was resolved swiftly thanks to his involvement.
5-stars for Enzo, and 5-stars for Buymobiles. Top class.

Absolutely SHOCKING company
Absolutely SHOCKING company. Placed an order on 31st October and paid the requested amount upfront. The phone was expected the very next day (1st November) so I waited and waited then it got to mid week last week and I phoned them to find out where my phone was to be told that my order was on hold because my email address was already linked to another contract phone (my autistic teenage son’s who NEEDS it so that I can keep in touch with him and he never needs to worry about having no credit if he ever gets lost or something else comes up) so I explained this to them and gave them my other email address and I’m STILL waiting for my phone!!!!!
The one I have now is literally on its last legs, some days it’s a gamble if it’ll turn on at all. I shall be cancelling my order with Buymobiles ASAP and shopping elsewhere 😡😡😡😡😡😡

After 6 weeks trying to get my son's phone repaired that is under warranty when part of the screen started flickering (a design fault from my own research). I was asked to do a factory reset then send the phone back only to have the phone returned saying they would not do this due to the condition I had sent the phone back in. The phone is in immaculate condition. Then another 4 weeks of emails and phone calls that no one responds to and only an email address for complaints, that no one responds to. Shocking customer service and appalling communication. Avoid like the plague.

I am sorry to hear that your son was experiencing issues with his handset. I understand the frustration when you are unable to enjoy your new phone.
When a handset is sent to us for either an exchange or a return, our team will always inspect this for any damage that would prevent us from being able to continue with the process. It is stated in our terms and conditions that handsets have to be returned in pristine condition.
I can see from the order that our team reported that there was damage to the screen, which has voided the warranty. The phone has since been returned to you.
