Apparently, it’s time to provide an honest and realistic review of how this company actually operates. Based on the number of reviews and the overall rating, it may seem like everything is going well. However, most of the products are store returns from places like Home Depot, which is clearly indicated by the orange stickers on the boxes.

As a result, the percentage of broken, incomplete, damaged, or non-functional items appears to be similar to other auction companies selling comparable goods. At the same time, negative reviews seem to be noticeably absent, which makes the overall feedback look somewhat artificial or filtered.

It’s also important to note that the company now operates on its own website. Previously, they partnered with the Rasmus platform but were removed due to ongoing service issues, including disputes with customers and difficulties with returns and refunds.

So don’t assume that everything has changed dramatically. It may have improved slightly, but the overall situation still appears far from ideal.

Love them! Great deals every week.

Easy and legit! Love this place!!

Good products at affordable prices

Farhad has got it so organized!! LOVE THIS AUCTION!! Items are so reasonable and it's fun! Each week I meet new people. Great experience!

They have so many different items and I can often get items for half the price!

Outstanding auction company. Always very organized and efficient. The products are fantastic; we’ve won things like a Ninja Creami that was brand new, retails for $250 and we won for $80! Highly recommend checking them out!

Love this place. Got a Brand New Ninja Creami Deluxe that retails for $249 for $80! They also have a prize wheel for fridges, Dyson vacuum etc. I have won several things. Highly recommend!

The store is really good definitely recommend

I have been using this retail auction site for a quite some time, and it has quickly became one of my favorite online and in-store shopping destinations. What sets it apart is the unique blend of excitement, value, transparency, and service that defines every bidding experience.

From the moment I created my account, I was impressed by how seamless and intuitive the interface is. The platform makes it easy to browse active auctions, track items of interest, and manage bids in real time. The categories are well-organized, with clear product descriptions, photos, and condition details, which help build trust and confidence before placing a bid.

The real thrill comes from the live auction process. Bidding is straightforward, and the countdown timers and instant updates create a fun, competitive atmosphere without being stressful. Winning bids usually come at a fraction of retail prices, allowing me to purchase high-quality items at exceptional value.

Customer service is another standout feature. Whenever I have questions, the support team (which includes the owner) is responsive, courteous, and solution-oriented. Whether it’s an item inquiry or clarification about a listing, they handle requests efficiently and professionally.

Beyond the auctions themselves, the platform also provides useful features such liked items, watch alerts, and purchase history tracking. These tools make it easy to stay organized and engaged. The site also maintains strong buyer protections and transparent return policies, which gives me confidence to continue bidding regularly.

Overall, this retail auction site offers a perfect combination of entertainment, savings, and reliability. It’s not just about getting a good deal — it’s about enjoying the process of discovering new products and engaging with a vibrant online community. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys the thrill of the auction experience and values excellent customer service.
