I sold my ipad to BuyBackWorld for $32 on 10/6/2021. They don't see any issue after they received and checked it. But they changed their offer to $27 without any explanation. There is no phone and email to contact them. It is very bad company.

This company has no consideration from people or their property. I was quoted $100 for a brand new apple tv 4k and $30 for my air pods. My apple TV was still in the box the plastic hadn't even been broken off and my air pods wasn't even a year old got the labels printed shipped my equipment off they started that they received it everything was going good until they said the air pods didn't pass inspection. They said they would give me $4 for them I still said OK well what about my other device they said they quoted me a price of $0 for a brand new apple TV still in the box( or you kidding me. They even went as far as sending me a fake receipt from PayPal stating that my money was in my account and to make this even worse they told me to stop contacting them. I told them I was reporting them if no one would get in contact with me they said oh well good luck. I have proof stating that they've deposited the money in my account but when I ask for a receipt they tell me to contact PayPal customer support I would gladly change my review if I was to receive my payment.

My experience with Buy Back World has been entirely positive. When an item I submitted was valued less than anticipated they let me know, but more importantly when another item was valued at significantly more then anticipated they let me know that too! Knowing a company does business with integrity is invaluable.

Also i had not used this website in a long long time and when i went back for another transaction it was just as smooth an experience as many, many months before. I have been selling my used Apple products to BuyBackWorld since 2016, with 15 flawless transactions to date. Getting a quote is easy. When requested, BuyBackWorld sends shipping supplies. Every product I have sent has been received and opened quickly, and I have received my payment within days. I have always received the amount quoted and will continue to use BuyBackWorld to sell my used electronics.

The buy back process went very smoothly. I wasn't able to determine what generation iPod i had directly from the criteria on the website, and my message to Customer Support was answered promptly. Other than that, everything proceeded as described on the site, and I received my check promptly. I wouldn't hestitate to do this again.

I sold two phones to Buy Back World. They gave one a value of 45.00 and the other for 15.00. They did not send me any payment. When I contacted customer service they told me that they had made payment and complaint was solved. This company is a scam. Do not send your phone to them. They will keep the phone and make no payment to the account This company doesn’t deserve 1star rating!

I had a great experience with buy back world. The instructions to send my item were clear and I received a response and payment for item in a timely manner . No issues and I would use them again.

Easy, they shipped me packing materials (although admittedly the wrong sizes of some of the packing sleeves) and I mailed it and a few days later I got email confirmations and then got paid on venmo.
It doesn't get easier than that.
