I give 4 stars and not 5 because of the way the boxes were sellotaped together.
There was no packaging. I ordered 2 of the 40 pouch boxes. They were stuck together with a lot of sellotape and it was impossible to separate them.
I wasn't able to lift them and so they were still at the door 2 weeks later. I really struggled as I live alone. I won't order again because of the way they were sent out.

Poor packaging resulting in tear
I'm always a giver of 5 stars and purchasing and delivery were great with Buy4PetsOnline. I was really excited for the new bed for the dog. However, the packaging of the item was poor which led to the damage of the item. If you know the item material is thin and the box is not big enough to cover the whole bed, at least put a cardboard protection on the exposed area before taping it so that when customers cut the box open, the item will be protected.
Only a 10% for next purchase or a self return for a replacement was offered. That's just not good enough.
