Really impressed with their customer support
I accidentally ordered the wrong charger for my laptop, but when I reached out to explain, the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They quickly sent me the correct charger with no additional cost and made the whole process effortless. Really impressed with their customer support, and would definitely recommend and use again!

Genuine review - don't bother buying from this company
Believe the reviews on here. I ordered a replacement charger for my daughter's ASUS laptop in March 25. While the price was great, the service and the quality reflected 'cheap'. It took 3 weeks to receive the item, which I understand with it being shipped from China, but there was no communication from the seller. I logged queries through their website but they went unanswered. The charger itself broke after 2 months of use. Seriously, pay more and you'll be much happier!

Replacement charger for my Laptop.
My charger arrived on time and was exactly as described. My Laptop still didn't switched on but when I took it to my local Computer repair store, they confirmed it was the Laptop and not the charger which was working perfectly.

Terrible
Took 2 weeks for delivery, I was bombarded with emails for a review before it had even arrived. I emailed asking them to look into it, received the parcel the very next day, with an express royal mail label on it. Within an hour of it being delivered I had a rude reply to my email to say it had been delivered and I needed to check.
