Bit of a waste of money, sorry but I should have contacted them to give them a chance to resolve my issue
While the cheese easter eggs looked pretty cool, and tasted nice, the date to use by was Easter Sunday !!! managed to eat a small piece on the Sunday but by the Tuesday they were mouldy and had to be thrown away, yet, we ordered to have them delivered on the latest possible date the 30th. A waste of £17 really, sorry. After reading their reply to my review, yes, in fact, I should have contacted them to give them a chance to resolve the issue but I didn't even think of doing that so i send my apologies to the farm for that. Also they sent me a discount voucher for my next order so thank you to them, I will be sure to use it as my daughter is cheese crazy lol

All of our eggs were produced in time for the use by to exceed Easter Sunday. Therefore, we are so sorry that you experienced an exception. This should definitely not have been the case, and had you contacted us at the time, we would have replaced the egg to ensure you had a few days to enjoy.

The cheese was very processed and tasted like a a slightly blue dairylea, texture was unpleasant. Not what I expected.

Many people really love our quality British Farmhouse cheeses. We’d encourage you to try something else, if this one isn’t to your taste.
My complaint is that the 'Letterbox'…
My complaint is that the 'Letterbox' cheese sets do not go through a letterbox. I ordered 3 of these, and not one of them managed to be delivered through a letterbox. The letterboxes involved were large enough to receive anything up to the maximum Royal Mail 'Large Letter' size, and larger, but not your cheese sets.
A very misleading discription.

Before launching our letterbox gifts in April 2020, we carried out extensive tests on our packaging to ensure they would fit through the majority of letterboxes, while also remaining safe for our cheeses. Thousands of customers receive their letterbox cheeses with no issues, but
unfortunately the development/design of doors and letterboxes is ever-changing and there is no one standard size to work to. We do take on board your feedback and will continue to review and test our packaging accordingly.
