Overpriced and Bad value for money!
Bought black sticks blue cheese Easter egg letterbox gift for family member who is allergic to chocolate ☹️and VERY disappointed in the cost-size ratio, (£9 + £4 postage). Will not buy this sort of gift again,

We have included lifestyle imagery on our website to show the size and shape of the cheese Easter egg, so that for the more visual shopper they can see what they are getting. We have also included the weight of our cheese eggs for those shoppers who prefer to know the weight of the cheese.

The Easter eggs were delivered on time…
The Easter eggs were delivered on time with a comfortable sell by date. They came in a box well cushioned against knocks and with an accompanying ice block. Excellent delivery. As for the eggs - not consumed yet but I have ordered these for the last couple of years and I know they will be delicious. Cheese Easter eggs - bliss.

I replied to your email about the delivery cost, however for reference I said:
"Thank you also for bringing your feedback directly to us and reviewing us on Trustpilot, good or bad, we like to hear all feedback so that we can improve our service.
I’m sorry to hear that the price of delivery was a blocker to you placing your order.
You order would go with the couriers we use, APC, which has a £6.99 delivery charge.
Our cheese Easter eggs are also available as a letterbox gift which costs £4 and is sent with Royal Mail.

This is a subsidised charge, as Royal Mail and APC have increased their prices a few times over the last 18 months, and the increased rate is higher than our advertised rate.
For all orders over £40, excluding letterbox gifts, we offer free delivery.
I hope that in the future the delivery charge is no longer a blocker to order, and you enjoy your eggs from Morrisons.

Fantastic cheese and excellent delivery
I bought the cheese as a gift for my sister and was impressed with the whole process.
