I ordered from Business headsets and unfortunately the item was out of stock, Katie phoned me to discuss other options, she suggested a different model which was perfect and solved all the issues I was having with my current headset. It was also a far better price than what I originally ordered. The service was professional and I'd highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. The original item I had ordered was about to be discontinued and the company got in touch straight away to inform me. The company then advised what item I would need and arranged for an immediate delivery. I was also updated regarding the delivery. Would highly recommend

OK but not as good as it sounds by a mile!
The resolution is mouth worse than I expected. Little better than the built in webcam on my PC. The mechanism by which it fits on the PC is also very weak.

Hi Les, we did in fact ship your order the day after it was placed (on Easter Monday bank holiday) so it should've been delivered Wednesday as all of our shipments are on a next day DPD service. I've checked with DPD and they advised there was a DPD shipment delay which delayed your delivery by 1 day. Apologies for this.
