This site has many amazing designs. I buy some t shirts and hoodies here and love all of them. Some shirts are limited so that you have to buy it soon. Anyway, it's a good site to buy stuff. I will buy more.

Finally it came, my deer hoodie is so cool. Really love it. I was watting a litter bit long time but due to covid 19, it's ok with me.

Love the t shirt, very comfort to wear, i washed it a few times nơ, it has kept the colour and shape seems to be well made

Great products. I have ordered so much time here and it all good. The t shirt always fit well even somes for my dad (he's a big guy). The notebook that i bought to write the song lyrics is so cute. Love all.

Got a blanket here for my son. The design is great and good quality also. The delivery time is a little bit slow (they said that it because of coronavirus) but it worth for waiting

are you kidding me with the size?! I'm a small girl. I followed their sizing chart and ordered an XL. I am a woman Veteran. How big do they think my are arms are? I have "GUNS". The sleeves are so tight that I will NEVER be able to wear this. But I guess they don't care because they have their money. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!~!!!!

Ordered a shirt for my son, never got any email confirmation, no shipping confirmation, etc. Shirt arrives...NOT THE ONE I ORDERED AND 2 SIZES TOO SMALL!! They want pictures, etc. I sent them an email with the picture of the shirt I ordered, HOPING THEY ARE SMART ENOUGH TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE! A Reaper hoodie (one I ordered) is not even close to the FireFighter one I received. Asking for picture of the tag...THERE IS NO TAG...will never order from them again.

To agree with most other reviews on here, I would also give this sorry excuse for a company less than 1 star if possible. Absolutely, horrific customer service. After I purchased the item on this company's website I never received a confirmation email or an email letting me know when the item shipped. I literally had to dig around on their website (theshirtlist25, which is their other alias) to find any information about my order. When the item finally arrived, which it was late, I opened the package and was in disbelief of the quality of the sweatshirt. The fabric was a terrible choice for a sweatshirt and the print quality was poor and even had white specks all over the sweatshirt. Also, the inside tag was cut haphazardly and there were no fabric type or washing instructions included, nor was there a size tag. On top of all that the sweatshirt did not fit well at all. I emailed the company (support @ theshirtlist25 . com) explaining my dissatisfaction with their product. All I got in reply were demands to send pictures to show proof of my dissatisfaction. I had to take numerous pictures with a tape measure on three different lengths of the sweatshirt in order to prove that they didn't send me the wrong size (they conveniently assumed I was complaining of receiving a size I did not order, when in fact I was complaining of the poor quality and fit). I received an email back the next day stating I did not put the tape measure in the EXACT spot specified and that I would need to take another picture and resend for proof. At this point I was just irritated. I don't recall EVER having to do so much work for any other retail return. After a few emails were sent back and forth I was informed by "management" that they could not refund or exchange the item because the correct size was sent. I replied asking for a contact number to call a manager and speak with them about this matter, and of course, I never heard back from anyone. Now I am contacting PayPal and opening a case against this company for the $65.94 they charged me for a poor quality product.

I highly recommend never purchasing from this company as the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

Horrible experience with this company! Sent me the wrong item and they want me to jump through hoops to fix it. I just took the loss of the funds.

No I don´t want to give 1 star. 0! 0 Stars! It is horrible! The item is horrible, there is no delivery note, no return, no advice. When I sent an email, four different people wrote back. Always the same. I have absolutely no idea what they want me to verify. I have bought a jacket and I wanted to give it back. Thats all. I have already sent them a picture (by the way, I have never heard about sending pictures of me wearing the item to prove that it is too big) and as they could see the jacket did not fit! And I don’t liked it. I try to get back my money with PayPal. I hope it will work. Please never, really never order any item!!! You will regret!

After receiving the wrong product size, and arguing with these people for days...I am out $110 for something they refuse to fix. The products are cheap and terribly made. DO NOT order from these people!
