I had made Satin Pajamas Set and my design was printed perfectly and they are so soft! During the process, the staff identified corrections needing to be made to my design, and I was quickly able to resolve the issue with them! I always love working the with staff there!

Great products and excellent quality, but what truly stands out is their outstanding customer service. I always have direct access to my customer service agent via WhatsApp, and she is consistently available to assist me whenever needed.

Working with Merchize has been a fantastic experience. Their support team is very responsive, and they keep you well informed through email and store notifications regarding potential shipping delays or any regions they are temporarily unable to ship to due to global issues such as conflicts or other crises. One thing I particularly appreciate is that you’re connected directly with an agent via WhatsApp, which makes communication quick and convenient. My agent, Sunny, has been absolutely brilliant. She has taken the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and I’m very grateful for her support.
One of the biggest positives is the massive product catalogue available. The print quality is excellent, especially for All Over Prints (AOP). The garments genuinely look like they were bought in a retail store, which is impressive for print-on-demand products. I would always recommend ordering samples before selling items to customers. I personally ordered four tops as samples, and they arrived in just 10 days, which is very fast in my opinion. When you compare this to popular online retailers like Shein, Temu, or TikTok Shop, where delivery can often take up to two weeks, the turnaround time is very competitive.
There are a few drawbacks to consider. Designing directly on the templates can require a compatible browser such as Microsoft Explorer, and some templates may require you to download the file and edit it in Photoshop. If you don’t have experience using Photoshop, you might find it challenging to position your design exactly how you want it, particularly with All Over Print products.
The design software can occasionally glitch, which can interrupt the workflow. Another limitation is the lack of SKU generation, meaning you sometimes have to recreate the design if you want to offer the same design in a different colour. There is also no save feature, so you can’t easily return to previously created designs to edit them later. Once a design has been submitted, it cannot be changed.
Although this may seem like quite a few negatives, once you become familiar with the interface it becomes much easier to work with, and these issues feel less significant over time. Overall, my experience with Merchize has been very positive, and the quality and craftsmanship of the garments—especially the tops—are excellent.

On several occasions they’ve proactively reached out to let me know if a design might not print correctly, which I really appreciate because it helps prevent issues before orders go into production.

Merchize has been wonderful and the team behind it has been outstanding. Please work on your Costumer Support. It can't take me 24h to get a reply. A pre-production communication delay is bad, but a production issue delay is a disaster. Because that means, perhaps, a week to resolve a simple issue. Otherwise, advisable to work with them.

I’m based in the US and was initially concerned about overseas production, but shipping times have been reasonable and predictable. Communication has been clear at every step, which makes planning much easier.

I was pleasantly surprised with my sample order, really didn't expect such high quality.
Ordered several luggage covers, a shower curtain and a custom sun-catcher.
The covers are made of a thick material, they are slightly elastic and well sewn. Print is excellent as well, I can see the colors are in high fidelity with the design. Beautiful work.
The shower curtain is well made as well, high color fidelity. The design was simple enough yet you don't want something overly detailed in my opinion, though you could if desired, my guess there's no real limit here in terms of printing. The curtain comes with hooks and the placeholders in the curtain are metal. Overall, quite impressed with the quality.
Lastly, the suncatcher - I ordered a 6" one. Not sure what method they use to get the design onto the glass. Looks neat. It will be great to catch the sun reflecting on it.

As far as production times, the order was placed early in december and despite being a busy time, I got my order before the new year. I am pleased with the shipping times as well(my order came in from Vietnam -> Canada).

Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, the user interface to prepare products needs some updating and some friendliness. It can become difficult to organize and navigate once you have many products.
Also, the templates that are offered are just that, templates, with very little guidance to customize it and properly prepare it for prints. I would love to see some video tutorials for products where the template is a certain complexity, multiple layers, in English. I'm sure it is not rocket science to make such a custom template but when you are new to the platform you need some guidance(what i am trying to say is - it is not very intuitive to prepare a custom template).

To sum up, I would say there is GREAT potential at Merchize. Decent variety, great overall service, amazing product quality. I will continue to do business with them, definitely.

I ordered samples for several products (shirts, ornaments, and a wood sign), and everything arrived looking exactly like the mockups. Colors were accurate, prints were clean, and packaging was secure. I feel confident scaling with Merchize.

I've tested multiple POD suppliers over the years and Merchize stands out for how hands-on their support is. My account manager checks files, flags issues before production, and follows orders until delivery. That alone saves me a ton of time and headaches. Quality has been consistent so far and turnaround times are solid.

I've used Merchize as my POD partner for about 6 months now and all I have to say is they have excellent customer service, quality products and very quick turnarounds. Sunny Trieu, one of their support team members, has been very supportive and professional. Very pleased with Merchize! I ordered a couple samples of a suncatcher, and the quality was better than I expected. It is made of glass and is very durable. I was able to personalize it with writing on it and the writing came out perfect! Even the picture looks exactly how it looked on the computer. The communication has been great. Even though the hours don’t lineup with me in the US, they still always get back to me on every question I have in the chat. The tutorials also helped so much with connecting to your store or an app that personalizes your products. They were also able to double check and make sure the size and the color format was correct before they put it into production-all done through the chat. Also, delivery was faster than expected - the samples came in over a week earlier than projected. Will definitely be ordering more!

I randomly found merchize after watching a YouTube Video, I was looking for a large POD Provider that offers Custom Shape Wood Signs.
Merchize is (as far as I know) the only POD Provider that offers something like that.

I ordered 2 sample signs (I combined my personal brand logo into 2 signs to get a bigger total sign.)

The quality of the wood signs are very good. Clean laser cuts and the color on the signs is very sharp. Delivery Time to EU/Germany is okay - you usually get your order after placing it within 14 days. (production time included)

I am working with merchize for a few months now and I am very happy with their service via whatsapp, their dashboard and platform and my assistant Aimee.
She is very supportive and is due the work hours in VN always available. She replies very fast with the wished informations and fixes.

The platform is very good built and its easy to manage the orders. What I also really like is that you upload your custom artwork of the ordered product and the system almost instantly checks if the artwork meets the resolution requirements. When there's more, your assistant instantly contacts you after they get any errors - that way you can fast process the orders and bring them right to production.
Auto Sync with etsy and Shopify works very good. It auto fulfills the orders on their too with tracking informationen etc.

Summing up, merchize is a great partner for any POD and has a large catalog of POD products. As far as I know, many products the usual big POD players haven't.
I am looking forward growing myself to work even more with merchize.
