I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers received from this company, as well as the way the refused to fix the situation.

Flowers were received on Thursday, with the wedding being on Saturday. Upon taking the flowers out of the box, we noticed most of the roses were wilted with brown spots. The cake topper had roses which had already turned brown as well. My MOH called Customer Service, and we were told to follow the care guide, which we already had. We knew that the water would perk them up, but that's not going to get rid of the brown spots. We sent them four different pictures that evening, and put together arrangements using what we could. Out of the 50 roses I had, we were able to use 30. I had 6 centerpieces, 3 bouquets, and 6 jars that were lining our aisle that I had planned on using the roses in. Being on a budget, as many brides likely are if they are doing their own flowers, I had counted on using every flower in the shipment. But I reasoned the company would fix it. I just wanted what I paid for.

Friday AM, my MOH begins corresponding again with Customer service. They indicate they have only received one picture, when we had sent four that showed the full bunch of roses and the overall brown tint in many of them, a close up of my cake topper that had browned roses, rot that was present in a bunch of the hydrangea, and two close ups of specific roses that should have never even made it into the shipment. It was apparent there was NO quality control in the shipment whatsoever. Fast forward to 4PM that afternoon, and Customer Service is still indicating they received only one photo, and essentially explained that they couldn't do anything for us as far as getting more flowers to us.

We wound up having to go out Saturday morning to buy more flowers. The roses we had put in the bouquets had also turned brown by that point. I will be looking into legal means of getting a refund on the product that could not be used.

I was so impressed with the flowers and service I received. I used the carnations for the Bridesmaids flowers and the flowers in the barn for my daughters rustic wedding. I received the flowers as promised two days before the wedding and they were in excellent shape. I could not be happier with Bunches Direct and have recommended them to everyone!

My fiancé and I planned a spur of the moment wedding and I stumbled across a photograph of the most beautiful bouquet online from Bunchesdirect. It arrived promptly 2 days before our wedding and was still beautiful when we returned from our honeymoon! I was more than impressed by the company's service and the beauty of the flowers for our special day. Thank you for being part of our special day!

I ordered flowers before with Bunches Direct and had such a great experience I had to return. This time the flowers were just as beautiful as they were before. I did have a small issue as some of the flowers I ordered did not come in, I was called that day and sent replacement flowers bright and early next morning. I always worry that flowers wont be open enough to use for a few days, but they arrive waiting to be shown just in time for the wedding. I have had bad experiences with other vendors that do not send replacement flowers and will not be returning to them again. Overall it was a great experience along with exceptional customer service.

After failing to order flowers in time from another bulk flower website, I started researching where else I could order Sunflowers for my September wedding. I came across Bunches Direct and was happy to see that they had an extensive selection as well as very reasonable prices! Even though I did not get as many stems as I would have from the other site, I received more of a selection of what I wanted at prices that were fantastic! Bunches Direct also had the cheapest rose petals that I could find ANYWHERE.

I was the wedding planner for my brothers wedding and decided to take advantage of our family's artistic flare and save money by doing the flowers ourselves. I ordered half from a local flower shop I had used before and the other from Bunches Direct. The flowers from Bunches Direct were even more beautiful and fresher then from the local florist! I will use them again!!!

We had our wedding on Aug. 29th and ordered all of our flowers from Bunches Direct (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, bulk roses and babys breath for centerpieces). I called to order via phone and the person that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. The call was very quick and all my questions were answered. My flowers arrived right on time (I even got a call from customer service to update me on the status of my shipment due to an unexpected day delay due to weather). When the flowers arrived, they were packaged very nicely and they were beautiful! We received lots of compliments on the flowers. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well, best product I could find doing online research. I would definitely recommend Bunches Direct to Family and Friends!!!

My youngest daughter got married on August 8th and the flowers we ordered were absolutely beautiful. I ordered 150 white hydrangeas and they arrived as promised. We made all the arrangements and bouquets and everyone commented how beautiful the flowers were. When I told them I ordered them online, from Bunches Direct everyone was shocked. The flowers were fresh and individually wrapped to protect them. Actually the hydrangeas lasted almost a month. Thank You Bunches Direct, great value & beautiful flowers. Mary Blackmon. I read the mixed reviews online but I ordered from them anyways for my wedding. And hoped for the best :P

WHAT A MISTAKE!
The three bouquets I ordered came absolutely destroyed. Essentially bouncing around the shipping box. I was MORTIFIED because they arrive just a day or two before the event.

So, I immediately went to Costco to buy flowers to attempt to salvage what I could.

I IMMEDIATELY sent bunches direct pictures of the bouquets and after two days they got back saying they would only refund one (The cheapest "Throw Bouquet" because it was the only one the could identify).

After a lot of arguing back and fourth the sent me the refund and ceased repying to my emails.

NEEDLESS TO SAY! AVOID!!!

My wedding was on Aug. 21 and I ordered flowers to be delivered on Aug. 19, so that I could assemble them between Aug. 19-20. I waited all day for the flowers. When they didn't arrive by the end of the day on Aug. 19, I called Bunchesdirect and they offered to resend the flowers the following day (Aug. 20), and assured me they would arrive by 6pm. I called the company the morning of Aug. 20 to confirm that the flowers were on their way and I was told that they don't do "same day delivery." This wasn't "same day delivery," instead it was an order that had been placed on Aug. 1 and this delivery was to be made to fix a mistake. The company has no contingency plan for mistakes (?!?!) and does not work w/ local flower companies in the Washington, DC area so the best they could do was deliver the flowers on Aug. 21, which was completely unacceptable since that was the day of my wedding. At no point did anyone acknowledge the stress that can occur from these "mistakes" when one is planning and preparing for a wedding. The attitude was more like a shrug of the shoulders. I told the manager Janice whom I spoke with on Aug. 20 that since they couldn't deliver the flowers that day, I wanted a full refund. She told me I'd see the refund on my credit card by Aug. 25.

The refund hasn't appeared yet, so last night, I called the company to follow up on my pending reimbursement and a rather unhelpful representative assisted me. He told me that someone would email me the following day (today). It's 1:30pm and there is still no refund or email. I called the company and can't get through on the phone. I have sent an email asking for a reimbursment for the THIRD time.

Do not use this company unless you, yourself, have a backup plan AND you don't mind not getting your money back!! Horrible, horrible service for a company that should know better since they work with the event planning field.

UPDATE (09/18/15): It's now been a month and I am still waiting to hear back about my reimbursement, despite the endless promises that someone would email me and call me. The flowers eventually arrived well over a week late, full of mold and obviously not needed anymore since the wedding had already passed. The customer service for this company is abysmal. Don't waste your time and energy--find another company that will actually serve your needs.

This company did a great job communicating when the flowers were going to be delivered, and how we need to watch for them (this is important so that you don't leave them in the hot sun). We ordered these flowers for our wedding and it was amazing, we enjoyed the color and how fresh they looked when the arrived. The only little thing we thought was that they looked a little smaller than the photo shows, but other than that they were great. It was a great price and beautiful flowers.

The first shipment I received, the corsage was damaged and the roses were sent in the wrong color. However, the hydrangeas were wonderful. I called right away, sent pictures of the roses and corsage and very early next morning I received the correct color and a perfect corsage. The customer service representative was courtesy, prompt, and very helpful. Great customer service. I will definitely order from BunchesDirect again!!

I loved my flowers that I received for my wedding, which was Aug 22 of 2015. They were inexpensive and beautiful. I would recommend that everyone use bunchesdirect.com for all their floral needs.

I ordered the flowers for my wedding party off of BunchesDirect. The flowers arrived the day they were suppose to (Friday my wedding was on Saturday) and they were nice and very pretty. There were plenty of petals for the flower girl probably more than were needed. Thank you BunchesDirect for not letting me down on my big day!!

Ordering anything so important as all the flowers for a wedding on-line would make anyone nervous. But BunchesDirect's customer service people made it easy and the flowers were delivered exactly on time and they were beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will not hesitate to use them again for any event. It's nice to find an internet company you can actually count on. Thank you for your great service and product!

MY EXPERIENCE WITH BUNCHES DIRECT HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I received my flowers on the Friday before my wedding (Sunday) and I had nothing but problems with my experience and my order. First, I received no tracking number like promised. I had to call TWICE to get it. Second, I received NO care instructions contrary to what I was told. Third, there were several problems with the order. Two bouquets have brown (damaged roses) not just on the outer petals but on top (ie. not fixable). One of these was my bridal bouquet. Both corsages were not what I requested. I specifically requested that the bloomed orchid just sit on the wrist (like the picture on their website) without any large stem and what I got was a huge stem with the orchid sitting up the arm. In addition, the flowers were dry and cracked. The same is true for one of the boutonnieres (the groom’s!)- one flower is open and dry and the other is closed (like the picture online).

I called right away about these issues and was instructed to take pictures of everything and email, which I did right away. I was told a manager would contact me within 1 hour. I waited and called back and was told all of the managers had gone home but would call me in the morning (Saturday). I heard nothing that morning. I called again and was told the same thing: wait and someone will call you back. Nothing! I called again that day and was told that the company is closed until Tuesday because of the long weekend. I had to replace the two corsages and tried to replace the bouquets but ran out of time so I used them as is. We had to cut flowers off of the groom’s boutonniere to make it wearable, but then it looked nothing like the picture.

When I finally reached the company after the long weekend, I was told that I should have sent the pics to an email ending in .com, not .ca and because more than 12 hours had passed, there is nothing they can do. Of course NO ONE bothered to mention this within the 12 hour window (when I called multiple times). What an awful experience!

UPDATE 08/10/15: I received an email from Bunches Direct the day after posting this review simply reiterating that I had passed the 12 hour window. I have proof (phone records, emails) that I contacted them multiple times within this window. No one once bothered to confirm the email with me on any of those occasions. I feel this is a trap. If there is a problem, they brush you off until the 12 hours have passed and then use that rule as a reason to not take responsibility for their faulty product.
I will never use this company again or recommend them to anyone!

These were delivered on time and were perfect for our special day. I ordered and paid months in advance which was friendly to our budget. I can't wait to order from them again.

My flowers were delivered on time and the roses were beautiful! They looked so beautiful for the wedding table centerpieces that guests even wanted to know where the flowers came from. Will not hesitate to order from Bunches Direct again. Will recommend this company to anyone.

I was a little hesitant about ordering flowers online, because you never know what you are going to get. But let me tell you, this was the best experience. All of my wedding flowers arrived early in morning on the day the I requested. They were packaged very carefully. With very clear instructions on what do when they arrived. They arrived beautiful and stayed that way for about a week after the wedding. They arrived exactly as shown. And the aroma from the roses filled the church.
They made my BIG DAY perfect!

I was a little skeptical at first ordering flowers for my wedding online without knowing what they would look like, so i decided to order them in advance to check them out. I was extremely impressed with the care that was taken in the packaging of the flowers. The delivery was on time and it was easy to change the address on the delivery at the last minute. The flowers were beautiful and made a beautiful bouquet for my bridal portraits. I will be ordering all of my wedding flowers and future flowers from bunches direct!
