Bullionhouse Omdömen

. Helpful and reliable

Placed order on Jan 25 for a 1-oz gold coin that was supposed to be in stock (otherwise would not have been able to make the purchase). Almost 6 weeks passed and I heard absolutely nothing from them. I have made 3 phone calls and all I got is they're out of stock and trying to procure one. They NEVER proactively reach out to me to provide an update. Last time I called, they asked me if I would like a refund or select another coin. I found they have the 2025 version of the same coin I bought (the 2024 one) in stock and the price is the same on the website. I asked twice if they could just send me the 2025 one instead. One week passed and I still have not heard anything. I have not encountered any coin dealer with such terrible service.

I was really impressed with the service and it was a delight to deal with Jonathan who was so helpful and knowledgeable

Jonathan seemed to have little interest in my making an appointment to see him the next day to sell a few very nice proof gold sovereigns. Very surprising attitude, not very friendly despite all the positive reviews left here. Friendliness and good customer service was not my experience. Hasn't replied to my messages offering gold proof boxed sovereigns for sale. Strange way to do business... maybe things are not going well huh....

I requested to make an appointment but Jonathan apparently couldn't make time to see me and buy my coins. I don't get the friendly thing people talk about. He couldn't be bothered.

Out of all the bullion houses on the market, I highly recommend Auronum. They consistently offer some of the best prices for buyers — I’ve purchased multiple coins and bars from them — and more recently, when selling silver back to them, they offered the highest price I found.
Of course, they make a profit, but they’re not greedy; their spreads are fair, and they regularly provide both strong buy and sell prices, which is exactly how you build long-term customer loyalty.
Excellent customer service and a genuinely personal approach as well.

P.S: Jordan was brilliant!

Good knowledge fair pricing excellent service from Jonathan

I had some bullion coins to sell and having been recommended to me by a friend I initially went onto the website which I found to be very easy to navigate.
Using the WhatsApp link I sent my enquiry which included the details and pictures of what I had to sell. I was answered promptly and all of my questions answered quickly. After agreeing to what I consider a very fair price I made an appointment for the following day.
I met with Jonathan who was very helpful and the whole process was completed quickly.
In my case I asked for a bank transfer and was informed could take up to 48 hours to reach my account but payment was received later that day.
I will have no hesitation in using Bullion House in the future and highly recommend them.

Thanks again Bullion House.

Great experience, advice had what I was looking for, would highly recommend dealing with Patrick was a pleasure

Great communication and service. A pleasure to interact and a very competitive price achieved.

Communication from the team was fantastic, quick responses & estimates given before travelling in. Jonathan was both friendly & professional. Their offices are welcoming & beautifully designed. I'm very much a working class person but the team did not make me feel out of place to be in a higher end establishment. I was more than happy with the price given & payment was promt. Great service all round. I will definitely use Bullion House again in the future.

I was very impressed with the way Richard handled my sale and the professional but friendly way in which it took place.
I was more than happy with the price I was offered.

Very easy to deal with and trustworthy. I liked the face to face service - they gave me excellent prices.
I would recommend them and use them again.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of Bullion House. Their quick response to my initial enquiry, through to them making swift payment for some silver and gold items that I brought in, made me feel that I was treated with courtesy and respect. Jonathan Tyers was very helpful and made sure I was well informed about the process and timing.

Excellent service, very easy to book an appointment with the Bullion team via phone or email and I get real professional advice that really suited my personal circumstances. Especially, Patrick was excellent and I really appreciate the discussion we had together. I will definitely recommend Bullion house and will continue to use their service in the future.

I have had an excellent experience in dealing with Jonathan who always answered my emails promptly. When we met he was extremely friendly as well as being very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Bullion House
