Extremely satisfied with the service. Once my payment was received they’ve prepared and sent my order on the very next day. Safe and secured packaging with Royal Mail 1st class that requires an actual signature. The gold McVities biscuit bar that I found in the package was a really nice treat. Would definitely recommend and will definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic service and advice. Muraj was able to identify exactly what I was looking for. His attention to detail went above and beyond and he was incredibly supportive throughout the transaction. I received confirmation order details, receipt and invoice promptly.
My order arrived earlier than expected which was really helpful. Tracking details for the order were sent and it arrived in careful/ secure packaging. The price was highly competitive.

Placed the order online. Really simple, nice step by step process (not sure why others are struggling).
Got my item, 100g gold bar the next day, along with some chocolate, lovely little touch.

Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Made multiple unsuccessful attempts to create an account and place a purchase. Awful website and service. Don’t let the reviews deceive you; many of them appear to be fabricated and replicated on Google Reviews.

We do clearly state that the billing information must match before we can release any items, this is in place to protect both you as a customer and us as a business.
Looking at the full email trail, it appears that you were kept informed throughout, and the team member handling your request communicated in a polite and professional manner, which you also responded to.
