The experience was excellent and the price were reasonable

They are very help full in finding what you want, Its like magic not just what I want, most of the time its for spot price or below. I have tried other sites but I always come back, I have done many many purchases as well as sales with these people. They make me feel like I am in very good hands.

Sold my data the second they had my info from a purchase.

Now I get calls once to twice a week from random coin dealers all saying they saw I did business with these clowns.

Never buy online, especially from them!

Update to BE’s reply: my trust pilot email is the same as the email when I did purchase from BE so they’re now also straight up lying in more ways than one.

I don't often write reviews, but after seeing some of the negative comments, I wanted to share my three experiences with Bullion Exchange.

1. By far, they have some of the most competitive prices. Before making a purchase, I always check the prices of other online dealers, and Bullion Exchange is consistently equal to or better than the competition.

2. I've never had an issue with payment or delivery.
Because of that, I've never had to contact customer service. I will mention that I always mail in a check rather than pay through Plaid. That's simply because I've had issues with Plaid in the past when my billing address and shipping address are different, which seems to cause problems. I can also understand why there are additional security measures given that these are often relatively high-dollar transactions.

3. Shipping has been fantastic. I've always received my purchases within a few days of my check clearing. Delivery does require someone to be present to sign for the package, but you receive plenty of notifications letting you know when FedEx is scheduled to arrive. So you don't have to sit around all day waiting.

4. My only complaint is the limited selection.
When the spot price of gold, silver, or other metals makes a significant move, they also seem to sell out quickly of some of their more popular products.

In summary: I've purchased from Bullion Exchange three times, and every experience has been absolutely perfect. Based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered from them previous, no problem, for some reason this time they canceled my order AND blocked my log in to the site. I called and they could do nothing unless I send proof of life. I have to fill out a form verifying my account, even though I have bought from them before. I also have to show a pic of my DL with my face. You have lost $10,000 on this purchase, if they are willing to lose that kind of money then they will not treat the onesies and twosies any better.

This is the only bullion company that makes a first time purchase turn into a goat-rodeo. I purchased just enough to get free shipping…and they put some type of restriction on my account for using a credit card. Keep in mind that other bullion companies do not have the same crazy hold/cancel process with a first time credit card purchase. The silver lining: I bought the same items for a much cheaper price elsewhere. Never again with this place.

I will not do business with Bullion Exchanges after the way their customer service handled my concerns. The representative was unprofessional, and even after I clearly stated that no further response was needed, they still replied with a dismissive “all the best.”

I was also told that management reviews customer emails. If that is true, then this reflects a much bigger problem with the company’s customer-service culture.

As a veteran and overseas contractor who regularly discusses precious-metals purchases with a large network of military members, contractors, friends, and colleagues, I expected basic professionalism and respect. I received neither.

After reviewing their Trustpilot ratings and BBB complaints, my experience is even more concerning.

Low prices are not worth dealing with a company that treats customers this way. I would strongly recommend using another bullion dealer.

They have the goods for the best price in town. (if not the country). And when a had a question Customer Service replied with the information I needed.

Product was exactly as described

Just made three purchases from BE. Very simple, web site works perfectly. Not hard to see they have the best prices going. First and second order, close together, took a few days to ship due to their new-buyer verification policy, but zero issues. Third order shipped the same day! I don't see how any company can beat that kind of fast customer service! Very glad that I surfed my purchases enough to find Bullion Exchnges.

Bullion Exchanges has been fantastic. The prices for the gold bars was lower than any other company that I deal with. They arrived overnight after I wired the money from my bank.

Made an online (credit card) order over the weekend which went thru on my end, and received an email on Monday stating that their compliance team was unable to verify my account and my order was pending for 48 more hours. Called them and was told to just send in a wire instead, and when I did not agree to the wire I was told that I could never make a future purchase with them again. Good riddance!

Classic bait and switch company, as by Monday the price had risen by a $1.50 more per coin.

I ordered from them the 5 oz Elemetal USA 250th Anniversary Shaped Silver Bar .999 Fine and wired $310 ,this is a brand new coin that was minted in the states this year 2026 to commorate america 250 anniversary . I got a sealed coin that has dirt and yellow bloches on it making it look really ugly ,this is meant to be given as a present to my son . I asked them for a replacement and they replied that this defect is expected during production and does not affect the value of the coin !!!! As if esthetics does not matter! In good faith I wired them money money and expected a brand new producted minted in 2026 to present it as a present to my son .If I was shopping in their store I would have not picked up a dirty coin. And if the value is the same why don't they keep the ugly coin and give me a new one?!!!!. This is the third time I ordered this same item from them and it was spottless and that is the only reason why I bought it again . This 5 oz bar was mint this year 7/26 ,there is no reason for me to accept it looking like that 1-this is not a secondary market , 2-this is not an open item it is sealed 3- this is not a used item 4-it was not cheap 5-this is not an old coin I am giving it as a present and I need a presentable item Their reply is a shame to anyone who knows customer service ,NO NAME ,NO CONTACT INFO and no resolution The reply is not proportionate with the size of the company or the wrong it did me. I feel cheated AND RIPED OFF and need a replacement.
