Don't Ever Send Them a Check.
I mailed my check 9/22/26 to the address listed in Oklahoma. They never got it. I had to put a hold on my check. It cost $34. They told me to send a new one to their NY store instead. I mailed it on a Saturday and it was received on Tuesday. And Monday was a postal holiday. On 10/15/26 they told me they got the original check. Don't ever pay with a check. They make you send it to BF Oklahoma where it gets lost.

We're sorry for the frustration caused by the delay in receiving your check. Unfortunately, USPS delivery times and mail handling are outside of our control. Our Oklahoma payment processing address is used regularly, and we generally do not experience issues receiving checks there.
As we communicated to you, your original check was eventually received, and we confirmed that it was securely disposed of. We understand the inconvenience this situation caused, especially the additional expense of stopping payment on your check.

My only concern is this time today I was attempting to pay with credit card and it kept in verifying mode “forever” and I may have missed out on the price so finally I had to pay with PayPal , but , all in all I will continue to buy products from Bullion Exchanges

Great dealer, lowest prices. I usually check Apmex (most expensive) jm bullion, Scottsdale mint, silver gold bull and bullion exchange usually has best prices.

Honest company, great process, great shipping
EDIT: I have changed my review to 5 ☆ I have placed more orders with them. Very smooth to buy from.
A bit of a hassle to order. They require a copy of my ID, then they ship through FED EX and require a signature. This makes the process painful for me.
The price was great and the Panda Gold was flawless. Shipping was fast. Great packaging.
So, if you don't mind giving complete strangers your ID, and having someone sit at your house to sign for the delivery, I HIGHLY recommend them.
This all being said, I have placed another order with them.

Orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. However, if you're unable to be home to sign, you can choose to have your order shipped directly to a FedEx pickup location at checkout and collect it at your convenience.
