Trustworthy in words but not in actions
Hi all
I ordered gold bar from bullionbypost. Ordered got delay due to bank holiday in my country
But it has been 2 week, and still no outcome
Havent recieved any product
Email customer service as well, but mo reply yet
Even tried to call the number but in vain
Please be carefull

Good overall experience accept for the delivery I insured the delivery so I expected the courier to contact me by phone on the date of delivery the company DPD Ireland gave me a delivery time between 11.30 to 12 .30 pm I waited for a call but none came and waited until 1pm but no call .I left my apartment to go out only to find the goods deposited outside the front door , luckily I was there to collect otherwise anybody could have taken the delivery .
