I couldn't get my credits paid…
I couldn't get my credits paid reflected on the app. I can see the new credits reflected on my account in the website but not on the app. The team tried to help me but due to time and priorities, I was slow to reply. So in the end, decided to not use BulkSMS. Thankful for the team for trying. But due to lack of SMS usage on my target group, it was not worth the effort to pursue this.

Hands down the best SMS API service out…
Hands down the best SMS API service out there.
BulkSMS prices are reasonable and their fees' schedule is straightforward, but what truly distinguishes them from the rest is their top notch customer service. They worked tirelessly with me and stayed the course to try to resolve an issue that I have been having, at a time when other SMS API providers that I tried to work with either didn't bother trying to address the issue or gave up quickly.
I look forward to using their service for all of my SMS messaging needs.
