The system is great. The group list does not allow us to SMS to individuals in the group list. Can you please look into that.

We are experience problems with Telkom numbers. They are not been delivered to the recipients we have to keep reporting the numbers and I deal with 300 numbers at a time. Its causing issues as we are in constant contact with the recipients.

Really like the new app as it is…
Really like the new app as it is updated and user friendly. However you like to get a list of all message sent listed by the phone numbers and all numbers that are invalid. Moreover some recipient does not receive messages received even if the numbers are correct.

I registered, bought credit, then they blocked account, no refund
I registered, and bought credit, couldnt use the service and they bocked my account without refund!!
very bad service!!!
After the reply of Samantha of bulksms.com on Jun 12, 2020, i sent all the details she requested, i requested a refund, but no response from anyone of them.
Its just a cheap scam!!!
