Ordered some timber supplies online for…
Ordered some timber supplies online for delivery. No option to choose date for delivery, so assumed i would be notified.
Had order confirmation email, but no communication about delivery time/date.
It was being delivered to a customers farm, so i needed to know when it was coming to be there to show driver where i needed it dropped.
Had to call the branch to find out which wasn't a problem but would be helpful for BSL to email or even text estimated delivery date.
Other than that little hiccup, i am happy with the goods and will use again and always reccommend BSL as they are very local

Fantastic Service
Fantastic service from ordering to delivery. Living in Mevagissey, I struggle with deliveries due to very tight access.
Delivered large amount of top quality timber on time by a really helpful delivery driver. He is a credit to your company and I will be ordering again shortly.

I've still not got my order
I've still not got my order . courier won't leave without a signature. I'm out working all week. Can't give instructions to courier to leave on safe place. Its been a massive waste of time
