The score we show in your app is up to date but, because different Credit Reference Agencies may calculate your score differently and use different bandings, it may differ from what you see from other providers.
We report your spending and account activity to the Credit Reference Agencies and they will use that information, amongst information received from other financial institutions, to calculate your score respectively.

I have constantly asked them to end the…
I have constantly asked them to end the service and close the account, and they repeatedly keep refusing to do so and instead drag on the subscription and charge further fees beyond anything I want any further. You can't unsubscribe and end their service without requesting it. I now see why.
I do NOT recommend this company. I am in process of filing a complaint against them.

Dodgy firm this sent me a card won't activate keeps telling me wrong cvc number talked to the chat box telling them I want to cancel my subscription chatbot said someone will call you sounds dodgy to me

Your cancellation request was escalated and an agent got back to you, we did not receive a response. In addition, a member of our team had been in touch with you regarding your card usage but we did not receive any response from you. We're committed to providing a positive experience for all our customers so we would recommend you check your emails so that you do not miss out on any communication from us.

This is the total rewards point SCAM. I made this small card- a monthly subscription 7,5£ (cancel any time) , and Vanqes Bank approved me an unwanted credit of 1200 £ the same day. OK I think I make to communicate Vanqes and explain to them I DID NOT ASK FOR CREDIT- suddenly, I was tracing Direct Debit set-up on my main bank account with companies I shop and have a reward point card, I cancel that UNKNOWN direct debit- ends up I cancel connection in between this card and main bank account. Money dont go true. They crashing my score in stead of building it- I contact customer support for help- instead they collected 29£ immediately, they want new direct debit set to collect founds they shall collect on 15th - they wait all way 24.10 whats today's date- they take money owned,I request IMMEDIATE CANCELATION OF THIS scam. There is no way these people understand the word in English. They are threatening me with a Crashing of Credit score because I have committed to their service for a full year. Im repeating- CANCEL- I will discuss with Trans Union and Action Froud-NO- they won't. And they have no contact- no customer support whatsoever- its ROBOT

This never built my credit score, instead it kept dropping despite using it for about 8months now
