Ordered 2 bulk bags of top soil late on the afternoon delivery 9am next day friendly helpful driver. Have had delivery before and always on time and helpful. Would recommend buildland.

Driver unloaded just outside my garage just where I wanted the boards, jokingly the only thing he could have done better would to have put the gravel boards in my fence for me .

Ordering on line was easy delivery was a couple of days which was fine,the driver managed to drop materials where I asked, good quality materials at a reasonable price yes I would recommend Buildland

Excellent service. I sent an email for a quote including delivery and received it within minutes I then received an email to pay and they were delivered the following day. I would definitely recommend BUILDLAND

Ordering and delivery was very efficient and there was no problem when I needed to change the delivery date.

However, the fence panels that were supplied were not as exactly described on the website. Within the description it states, and I quote “Our closeboard fence panel range is fully framed to offer superb stability and long-lasting strength” additionally the front view images depicted a product that is fully framed. Both the the 6ft x 5ft and the single 6ft by 4ft panel I received were not fully framed.

Delivery was ok & on time but builder doing my project over ordered sand & cement. The order receipt clearly states that ANY unopened items can be returned within 14 days for refund, subject to a restocking fee, t&c apply (t&c and buried in their website somewhere). Fair enough. However, despite this very clear and seemingly strightforward statement, the t&c exclude certain items, so the statement is factually false.
I have raised a dispute with my credit card company for payment. Lesson learned and competitors can look forward to my trade for my future projects.

Great service really good value for money will use again

The ordering process & materials were all good. The only disappointment was with the courier company that delivered it. There was absolutely no contact from them with a date/time of delivery. I was on another site 40 minutes away when I was contacted by the driver who was dropping off! Not his fault but I had to leave my job to go & move them from the pavement that he’d left them on! Better communication from the courier company or BUILDLAND would definitely be a plus going forward!

I had created an ambiguity whilst ordering on line but it was sorted efficiently and the order was collected. Competitively priced materials which is the first reason for going to Buildland I will defiantly be looking to at their prices on further projects

The process of ordering on line was easy and navigating the well designed website had no problems. The prices for the five items purchased were

Ordered on the phone MOT 1 and slabs, added to order the next night sand and cement, delivery day driver made sure my wife was happy with and did everything he could to save us having to move it more than we should, really good service driver a credit to the company

Ordered Bricks, sand and cement online with no issues from Coventry depot. The delivery was on time and dropped at the kerbside with no damage to material. The delivery driver was excellent.

I'd ordered my materials and went out into the yard and gave my ticket to one of the forklift driver's and waited for it to be picked.

I waited 15 minutes for this and when it arrived he'd brought out what was meant to be Yellow/orange bricks and they were green and covered in moss...

After I'd loaded up the exact amount of bricks he was telling me there were to many, so I proceeded to do a re count.

When we'd confirmed I was correct he told me to F off in a threatening manner.....

So be carful if you visit this Branch.

Disgusting behaviour towards a member of the public on a public street. Bullying and intimidation by some manager/owner called Mat. Obvious now why company has such a poor review rating.
