The gentleman that delivered was very friendly and helpful. I booked the delivery of a certain type of chippings to come on a Tuesday, a day that showed was available for delivery on line. However the chippings couldn't come until Thursday. Building shop did call me to let me know and they were friendly and polite, but why have a day available to book if it's possible on a certain date. Also, the chippings I purchased weren't available in my area unless I wanted to pay £45 extra per bag. I was contacted by phone to be informed of this but why show the chippings as available for my postcode if they weren't. Again, the Building shop staff was polite and friendly, no complaints there. Maybe the online booking system should be updated to be more accurate wigh what's available in certain postcode and when it can be booked for delivery. I was happy in the end with the chippings I received, even though they weren't thr ones I originally purchased and weren't sent on the day I booked.

Best price no delivery charge on amount spent, so none to pay on this occasion, amazingly fast delivery, and help uploading!! What more could you ask for? Thank you

I ordered a job lot of sand, cement, slabs, and blocks. This I had delivered to my work so that I could transport it home, as a truck wouldn't have been able to get near my house.
It arrived on the time I asked for, extremely well wrapped and on 3 pallets.
