Delivered on time was placed were i could access it .good customer service.

I incorrectly ordered some timber to arrive a week later than I intended. After not hearing for a few days I phoned them. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself actually talking to a real grownup who calmly rearranged everything and sent me a confirmation text when it was done. Excellent service, calmly and politely executed even though the issue was of my making. Thank you Building Shop. I will order again.

The slabs were good quality and a very reasonable price, the only thing that let them down was delivery was a day late but was delivered first thing the next day.

Delivery was due for Friday morning so all set for job being done over the weekend. Received a call at about 11am saying delivery not possible as truck broke down, so rescheduled to following Wednesday with promise that it would be the 2nd drop pre 9am to allow all day Wednesday to get work finished. Finally arrived at 11.30am Wednesday.

Good website and great prices. Friendly, helpful & honest communications. Great company- cannot fault. Will definitely use again.

Ordered on the 29th April and arrived 12th May. My Order did not arrive on date selected which was fine - however then did not arrive on second agreed date. Had to phone up and chase up for me to be told the order would arrive the following day. No time slot given and two of my 30 bags were ripped open with missing goods due to damage. Can’t be bothered chasing this up and wasting more time. I would shop elsewhere in the future.

The day I booked to get my timber delivered was rearranged as the delivery driver was ill. They arranged another date for me and it was delivered on time. I was sent a text to let me know when they would arrive. The driver was very friendly and helpful.

I was telephoned to be told that the size I ordered was not available in this area and asked to accept two larger ones instead of the three I wanted. Then they did not deliver on Friday instead on Monday, then I discovered that the size I ordered is, after all, available in this area.

From start to finish I was very pleased with the service. Will be useing again. 10 out of 10. 👍
