Great Communication

Very good communication by Saul and the Engineer who attended was great. Even recieved check-in communication after the work was completed which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

Exceptional customer service

I listed an enquiry and had a member of the Concierge team contact me in less than 2 minutes. The agent explained my options and found a suitable time for the plumbing I required to be carried out. The engineer arrived on time and looking professional and set to work, my problem was resolved without issue and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll absolutely be using this service again for any home maintenance issues I have.

Although the shower control was working…

Although the shower control was working at the completion of the work carried out, the following morning it failed. I did contact Build Concierge to give them an update. The engineer on completion of the work said that if it did fail again it would probably need a new ‘cartridge’ internal thermostat. I explained to BC that I would like a MATKI trained engineer to complete the work, however BC could not help in this way. Unfortunately i have had to contact MATKI to resolve the problem.
The engineer, Paul, who attended the initial repair was excellent and make a very good first attempt repair. I have no issues whatsoever with his work.

Great customer service

I used the team for a level 3 survey which was very informative. Saul and Adam were very easy to work with and were very helpful. A software hiccup put the wrong text in one section but Adam quickly noticed and sorted this out and offered a valuation report as consolation. I did have to organise with the estate agent myself rather than the team liaising directly, but this was minor.
