Buffbunny Collection Omdömen 

The brand has came a long way. I was reluctant to review a few years back because the company was so new. They have change so much when it comes to quality of product. They have absoluetly been listening to their customers with each release on different products. Minor details that make a huge difference in the long run. Lengths of shorts, gussets, no front seams, material, etc. Their launches are so much fun as well. The only complaint would be stock. They sell out entirely too quick which is a common complaint I see under every post. It's time to up the stock amount for different sizes, and the fact that they barely restock if at all is very frustrating. I get that everyone wants to sell out but it's not fair to customers who really love your product and want to support. If you don't login within the first 20mins of a launch you're probably going to miss out. However them being rated so low is insane. Their quality for the most part is top tier.

I have never had an issue with Buffbunny collection! Their clothes are high quality, their customer service is lovely, and they’re great at working with you to find a solution to your problem! As with every launch based brand, it isn’t perfect and they don’t have the stock of Target or Walmart so things do sell out quickly - but it kind of makes it fun to know YOU got that exclusive item. I’ve been a proud fan and customer since 2021, and look forward to what the BuffBunny Collection team brings out in the years to come!

Love the style, quality, and fit.

Buffbunny has been one of my favorite brands since the beginning. I always know what to expect - flattering support. They have squat proof leggings from my experience as well as supportive bras. Even when I have been between sizes, I can always count on my Buffbunny outfits to give me the extra boost of confidence throughout my workout and my day.

If I could do a negative star I would. I did all my research by watching all their models/athletes who do in depth try on hauls. I measured myself and looked at their size charts. I was prepared for the "dreamhouse" launch and was consistently refreshing. The revolution bra was the first bra on my screen when it hit 1 oclock, the 3x already sold out. The moment I clicked 2x (because I was going to buy both sizes) it was in my cart and said sold out. Go to the next item and already sold out in both sizes . They have done MANY collections and launches. As "successful" as this company is they should've known that 2x and 3x have ALWAYS been the first to sell out (MY EXPERIENCE). I think they need to reconsider how they decipher their statistics for how many to buy of each size. For claiming to be inclusive, I would argue otherwise. If you sell out that fast (less than 30 seconds), you should think about doing pre-orders and then opening to the public. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

Poor quality and unnatural fit to the clothes. Wanted to like. Beware the return policy!! Despite not saying “final sale” sale items are NOT RETURNABLE and they will make you pay for shipping and keep the taxes they charged you(cough @irs tax fraud alert) would not recommend this item or site as a first time buyer — 5/10 edit: they also do not post negative reviews on the ratings for their items. I gave fair reviews (2’s and 3’s) and they have yet to be posted!

I’m so disappointed in this company. I have followed Heidi for so many years now, and decided to finally buy from her collection. I agreed to pay a certain amount, and they charged me more than I agreed to pay. It took a couple days of back and forth, e-mail after email, when I finally decided to ask them for a cancellation because they are deceitful. I then looked at her actual reviews, and people are having the same issues, but also other issues I can’t speak on because I didn’t experience it first hand. Look at the BBB rating also when considering buying. I am unable to post a screenshot of my confirmation, the price the charged me without consent, or the emails that were seriously ridiculous. Al of that time emailing for them to say, “ there is a glitch in the website” BUYER BEWARE

I really would give them a negative star if I could. I have 3 reasons. 1- super super slow! 2- I bought two leggings and 2 bras from their website. The quality is trash-like. I mean, for a pair of leggings that changed me 92 dollars and 50-ish dollars bars, I expect them to be fit, decent and with trustworthy quality. BUT! They were like unfinished products someone grabbed from a factory! 3- I returned and interestingly, they first returned the money back to my credit card. HOWEVER, a few minutes later, they charged me the same amount of money from my card for no reason!

I've ordered about 3 times and cancelled once because it was such a long delay for shipping but they cancelled it quickly for me and I had great customer service! One time my shorts were too big but they had a quick and easy return system I filled out and I got the replacement for them. Not sure why so many bad reviews here.

Terrible company. Ordered twice from them, the items were completely different than pictured--different color and totally off sizing...only to find out the items were unreturnable (and not even on sale)!!! Shady. Will never order from them again.

I would love to give minus 5 if I can. Ordered from them shorts and leggins . Both size xl. Shorts was huge!!! More like size 3 xl. While leggins was super small. Contacted them but because they were 25% off they don't except returns. Now I stuck with this 2. Horrible experience. Will never order from them anymore!

So I ordered 2 leggings, size large and they arrived four days later which wasn’t bad. I thought for the price they’d be better material, but I can compare them to Walmart leggings the soft ones. I’ve bought better quality leggings at Costco for 1/3 the price. I tried to return one pair but it said on the bottom description that the item was not refundable which didn’t specify when I bought it. I tried to return the other item but you have to pay out of pocket for return so I’ll be getting reimbursed about 35$, so I’ll just give them away and never order from them again.

I’ve heard so many great things about Buffbunny, especially through Instagram and their products look amazing so I decided to test them out and purchased two pairs of leggings. One was supposed to have medium compression and the other high compression. Okay, so they look great, the pattern is awesome. They’re also very soft and comfy BUT they are way too big in the waist, and I honestly sized down as I’m in the midst of losing weight. There is absolutely no compression present in either of these leggings and they keep sliding down. The pair with this supposed medium compression is so large and loose in the waist that I’m pretty sure I’d have to go two sizes smaller (so 3 sizes down to what I usually wear) and the pair with supposed high compression is so low down at the back (why!?) compared to the front that when they slide down a bit my butt is almost showing. I’m so surprised by this.. kind of unhappy as they cost a lot. Not sure if I’ll purchase again from them, I might try once more in a much smaller size, but we’ll see.
The length however is fantastic.

Cute items but quality was so bad. I’m shocked how many ppl support/promote them. I had been looking forward to ordering items from them for a while and I’m happy when I did I only got a couple things not everything I wanted . No wonder they don’t have reviews for items on their site. Leggings had zero compression and the ones I purchased were described as having the most compression. They felt like cheap cotton leggings I’d get at Walmart or something to wear around the house, not athletic wear. Pilling after only a couple wears and I only wore them to walk my dog. Little metal logo emblem fell off hoodie immediately . The price vs quality is seriously bold lol .

I bought these leggings impulsively from IG. I read the reviews right after and they weren’t great, so I emailed them 20 mins after I ordered asking to cancel my order. Customer service was not great- literally no attempt at resolution. I was annoyed but just figured I threw £80 away. BUT when the leggings arrived they were decent, I think the reviews here don’t do them justice. I’m not going to stop buying my Lululemons for them, but I like the pair I got- super soft, and stayed tight throughout an intense workout. Pretty decent!

I bought 4 bras, even used the size charts. They fit too big so I wanted to return the 2 that fit the most awkward but was then told my sale item couldn’t be refunded. Even though their refund policy doesn’t state all sale items being final sale. Poor customer service and the closet he’s doesn’t even fit right. Gymshark is way better and worth the money you’re paying unlike this brand.

Ordered a sports bra (medium) and leggings (medium). The bra was useless, the material was not at all tight enough yet it was so small it barely covered my boobs. It was just for decoration I guess. The leggings material is buttery soft, but the construction is awkward, the overlapping front band does not look like it does in photos; the waist band is tight while the material around the hips is loose, so it creates an exaggerated pouch. I have an average build. Would not recommend

Not sure about the quality as I haven’t even received them yet. I wouldn’t order from them again just because of the ridiculous ship time. This is not a joke, I ordered some other items on the same day as my Buffbunny order. That other order shipped from the Czech Republic and it arrived in Arizona while the Buffbunny stuff from Texas has yet to even give me a delivery date. To plainly state that again…an order that shipped from the CZECH REPUBLIC arrived faster to Arizona than an order that shipped from TEXAS. So…yeah. I’d recommend ordering leggings from literally anywhere else. There are too many great brands out there to deal with shipping times from Buffbunny because they are too cheap to ship faster than something from Europe. C’mon BB, do better.

I had a fantastic experience. products are of excellent quality. I found my perfect fit by checking the size guide. fabric is soft, not see-through and the leggings are not sliding down while exercising.

I am extremely unhappy with Buff Bunny in quality, and customer service. I have made a total of 4 different orders. One order didn't shipped for 3 weeks and when it finally did it was missing an item. Then the item went out of stock, and I received a notice that I was refunded for the item. I ordered the item long before it went out of stock, but because they delayed my shipping I lost out on the item. So then I had to pay to have the matching bottoms returned. Quality wise. Their leggings in particular have no compression and are very thin. Even their high compression leggings have almost zero compression, and for about 70 bucks per legging that's a rip off. Sizing is all over the place, for example I ordered two bras in a large and one bra was 2 inches longer around the chest than the other. That is a huge difference. I'm debating returning all my items at this point, I feel I wasted so much money.
