I enjoyed easy navigation of the website with plenty of choice. I ordered from Buffbrowz after they were recommended for quality professional products.

I love all their products. My favourites are the brow definer pen. Lamination and lash lift solutions and the brow care range. I have ordered religiously from them since starting my business back in 2021 and never had any issues. The website is easy to use and I’ve always had super fast and efficient delivery. Thank you buff. You guys are great 💕

I love the products that buff Browz stock and that I can find them all under one roof! I needed lash lift & tint products fast (I’d ran out), and I’m thrilled that they were shipped the same day (order before 5pm)….and even though it’s Easter coming up, I know they’ll be on time!

Amazing products but customer service is not great at all. I had a parcel lost by DPD that I ordered 10 days ago. I have had to chase Buff Browz for every bit of communication regarding my parcel with no apology or sense of concern that a parcel worth £108 has been lost and that I didn’t have my products that I needed to complete case studies for my course. I have been told they are making a claim and I will get a refund but that just puts me in the same place I was 10 days ago. I mays well not have ordered the parcel in the first place. I won’t be ordering directly through them again. Really disappointed as they just don’t seem to care and customer care should be such a huge part of every retailer.

I ordered a lot of items which I understand needs a big box, but the packaging was absolutely terrible and had no thought or consideration for my items. I ordered the tent set and elimination, set with wax and aftercare in the box. There was extra room. No one put any packaging material to prevent damage. My wax lotion spilled everywhere all over my items. Also, all my lamination and tint was crushed and covered in lotion. The box was falling apart because it was so thin that the shipping company had to re-tape it. honestly, it just seems like someone threw all these items in it oversize box and sent it out. I’m very disappointed because I spent a lot of money on these items because I’ve been wanting to try this brand. I’m not even sure if I should order again. I was hoping to receive my package like how others post theirs in a black buff brow box with love and care.

I received the wrong product, and when I explained to the company that I needed the correct items in by a certain date due to an event they could not accommodate my request for expedited shipping. Waste of my money

Not very happy with brow lamination products. After 3min and 20 seconds of no 1, I ve seen I lost 4 hairs. And at 4 minutes another 2. So I wiped of quiqly and I ve done step 2 and 3. Not happy with results….
And Brow tint is just ok 😅
