The free courses are a great way to top up knowledge or refresh. As a trainer I have spent years learning my stuff, but i continue to learn and top up with new techniques, services and knowledge. As a registered Trainer this is expected of you. It's not often you come across free training and it was very informative. Some great knowledge for newbies and seasoned techs. A great way to refresh. I use Buff Browz for all of my lash lift & tints and brow laminations and get amazing results! I love the pre-treatment products too. The delivery is perfect, customer service is always so friendly. Lately free courses on how to use the products, as well as intense theory behind every procedure has been available. This is insane and pretty unheard of! Usually you have to pay for education on how to use a brand, for this I am very grateful and it goes to show the passion behind Buff Browz, that it’s the results and clients that matter.

I have used these products for absolutely ages now and I cannot recommend them enough! My favourite range is the cysteamine products, my clients lashes and brows are incredible and come back healthy and better every time with the help of the care range too. Amazing products and courses

Had the absolute worst experience ordering from them, never have I come across customer service this bad. My initial order advised the items I ordered were in stock, 5 days later I was refunded an item for being out of stock then my order was shipped, the order consisted of an incorrect item and after advising customer service, they have not got back to me after a week. I want a refund for my order but it will also cost me to return.

These products are honestly incredible. My brows look better than they would after spending lots and lots of money in a salon. Very impressed and will definitely be purchasing more when I start my business 🤩

I order and use buff Browz regularly. I placed an order on Wednesday for next day delivery as i needed the product over the weekend for clients.
The order wasn’t even dispatched. Until bank holiday Monday.
Just feel really let down.
