I now feel totally insulted the have finally replied to my email and offered me a £3 refund and said I can KEEP the scrap of material they sent me as it sells for £20 on their website!!!!!

I today received my delivery of what should of been a dog calming bed

When I ordered it was buy one get one free

I only got one
I ordered grey

I got beige

I ordered 4XL

I got something NOT big enough for a chihuahua

I have a Dogue De Bordeaux

It also is a Rectangle shape

I have had no responses to my emails

SCAM I ordered a small dog crate and received a piece of cloth.. from China as well which I also didn’t realise!! Be warned don’t part with your money!!

Would like to give this company minus stars!!!
Not not buy a grain of sand from this company.
I ordered 2 for 1 XL dog beds!
After 3 weeks, I arrived the size & quality of a t- towel!
I complained to PayPal this was NOT what I ordered & was fully refunded.
And the company is in China. Not uk as advertised!! SCAM!!

It was by sold as buy one get one free but when I emailed them to select colours they said I was supposed to select the buy one get one free option, but this was too late and this was not stated on the website. I ordered a Large and received a tiny circular poor excuse of a mat that would not fit a chihuahua puppy in, so there was no chance for cavachon. I have emailed them but have not recieved a response. Avoid buying anything from this company.

Had to give em 1star to write a review it’s minus 10 not till payment went through did I realise it’s from China, eventually received a medium!!! Never in a million years is it a medium dog bed wouldn’t get a chihuahua in it, very thin and only received 1 it was supposedly buy 1get 1 free

This a complete scam I ordered two 3xl dog beds ( buy one get one free ) 5 weeks later I received a flat thin excuse for a bed 2ftx1ft oh and a pathetic string toy I ha e sent emails and had no response so now I'm going to trading standards please do not order from this company !!!!!!

If there were a minus for reviews this lot would get it.

Scammed out of 2 dog beds. What has been sent is nothing like I purchased and not big enough for even a small dog. Waited 6 weeks for this piece of tat to arrive so its clear I too have been ripped off.

Sent cheap dog mat replacement for large dog bed buy one get one free. Not replied to my email , avoid as goods worth less than a fiver and only big enough for jack Russell

No replies from email. And they sent wrong colour.

Absolute disgrace!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!! promised a product (but one get one free) after a month and a half I received one item which is totally different than what I ordered. Emailed them and they just replied with a load of nonsense and haven’t answered back since to my multiple emails. Disgrace.

I ordered a dogs relax bed buy 1 get 1 free.Came from outside off England. It’s a farce as it’s a square 3-2 ft. It looks more like a dolls blanket And only one sent. Nothing like the photo . Can’t see where I can send it back and get a refund

I love their products so gave them 2 stars but if you are in the UK, take note their UK store does not ship your order from the UK, and if you have a problem with any items in the order, you will have to pay at least £10 to send it back to them (in Spain).

I now have a £20 trek hat that is too big by at least 2 inches I have to pay £10 to return. So I am out of pocket by £10, and don't even have a hat. Wouldn't mind paying so much if I was getting a replacement in the correct size.

So annoyed. I wouldn't have ordered if I'd know they were shipping from outside the UK.

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Had contact in the beginning then completely ignored my emails. Ordered a pc bundle never received it. Was lucky got in touch with wowcher through their WhatsApp and received a full refund.

I ordered my item 13th March and it's only just been despatched on 18th March and is still in Spain tracking says awaiting despatch still.

Update it's now 20th March and it's gone from Barcelona to Madrid per the tracking. I am in the UK waiting patiently.

Bought some beanie hats, having first checked that it was possible to return them. They arrived and didn’t look like the online image. Colours look different. Tried to return to Buff via their online portal, only to find that it has to be shipped back from UK to Spain with tracked postage. Cost me £11 to return two wooly hats. Absolute joke.

Checked T&Cs again. No where does it say that it’s being sold from Spain or would need to be returned there. It merely says “to the address provided via eWorld when printing a returns label”.

Am going to pursue this with them, as would be contrary to UK consumer rights laws for it to be so costly for me to exercise my consumer rights. Should be very clearly stated in T&Cs.

I would never have bought from them if I knew I would have to pay to send returns to Spain.

Daylight robbery. Very annoyed about it.

Vor 1 Woche Ware bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt bei BUFF. Es kam nur eine Auftragsbestätigung mit Angabe der Lieferzeit 3-4 Tage. Seitdem ist nichts passiert. Keine Versandbestätigung, keine Lieferung erhalten. Kundenservice ist auch nicht erreichbar. Durch die negativen Bewertungen hier muss man ja davon ausgehen, dass es eine gefälschte Website ist und das Geld abgezockt wird. Werde versuchen über Paypal das Geld zurück zu holen. Kann nur vor dieser Website warnen.

Purchased Buff mask which is a disaster. Design makes it impossible to talk with out the mask entering your mouth. the filters fall out whilst in use, it is uncomfortably tight around the back of the neck and impossible to remove without the mask touching your face. Contacted Buff UK and was redirected to Buff Europe who were not helpful and would not provide dimensions for the mask to see if it was faulty! They were insistent that I should return the item to the shop were I purchased it and failed to understand that in the UK face coverings are sold as PPE and therefore not refundable!

Never received any order conformation or answers from emails requesting details of my order so had to claim money back with PayPal...

Don't order from Buff.com, You've been warned.

Waiting to receive my refund for about a month now and the customer service doesn’t give any sign of life... It’s a shame, because their products are quite nice. Definitely never going to buy at their webshop again.
