Bought 4 so far, returned 2. I am mechanically inclined. I could not open the first knife. The second knife had nicks in the blade and was not sharp. I like the two switch blades, that I will keep. Very easy to operate. JT

The item I ordered was not as described. It only worked one time and then it was dead and is not rechargeable. I like how the product is made but it is not of any use if it doesn't work.

I had a issue with one of my products that i bought. so i called up budk to report the issue and without a fuss or any problems, the customer service representative sent me out a replacement, free of charge! they didn't even charge me for the shipping like other companies would do! thank you guys! keep it up!
