BudK offers quality products are very good prices. Shipping is generally fast. I have made many purchases over the years of a lot of very cool stuff you don't see anywhere else.

Good quality and fast shipping

My package was supposed to arrive a few days ago, but they forgot to but my street on the package, and now it’s being sent back to Georgia, and I still don’t have it. No apology or discount was given even though I paid extra for it to be loaded first. When I called customer support just a, “that’s rough buddy.” I needed that package for my brothers birthday present, and it’s almost been a week since then, and it hasn’t even been sent all the way back to Georgia meaning it will probably be a while longer before it arrives.

These guys are always on the Mark. Everything I’ve gotten from them is exactly what it said. It was. The prices are good , The customer service is great, really the Hole experience with these guys is great. There’s a knife or sword or anything like that that I might want it’s the first place I go. Thank you guys and many blessings

More hassle than what it's worth. They wouldn't put my online order in until I called and answered a bunch of questions then proceeded to charge me twice in two different amounts for the same product. they have no idea when I'll get my refund.

I ordered 4 shirts and 2 pair of pants, for hiking, hunting and etc. These are the M48 OPS Long Sleeve Woodland Camo and the Long Sleeve ACU OCP shirts and pants. They are very well made. The pockets are well sewn as is the buttons, zippers and etc. The rip stop material is tough and in spite of snags and going into heavy brush, has held up excellently. The shipping service was fast, without any problems. I highly recommend these products. For the money, you can't do better.

Extremely hit and miss on quality. If returns weren't such a hassle then I'd send back 75% of the stuff I have received. Definitely done ordering from this place

Could not complete the order because company policy required additional verification. I've been a long time customer, first purchase was in the early 2000s. I reached out to BudK concerning the policy, I received a generic email template explaining what the policy is. I feel I wasn't considered, and as such, will no longer be a patron. Budk is cheap stuff, with low quality. It made sense coming here because the customer service was great. Now, spend your hard earned money in places that like their consumers and customers. Not here!

Order 2 items for a total of $91.14. They charge my card twice and refuse to release The funds says it's my fault, not theirs, but there are 2 confirmation numbers where they charge me twice. I am seeking an attorney and going to Sue for punitive damages.update,I had made another order before I found out that they had done this and they double charged me on the second order too. When I tried to talk to them about it they acted like it is my fault. Talk about customer NO service! The last 2 orders this has happened. My bank has said you ran it twice on my last 2 orders. One for 91.14 was ran on 10/18 and 10/21. The order after that was for 226.45 and it was ran on 10/21 and again on 10/23. I have the confirmation numbers for all 4 transactions.Where that was ran by your company.

The products were good..the little throwing spears I got were. Nice but not very durable..my son threw them at some action figures and one bent pretty easily..I hammered it back into place..other then that not bad.

Overall BudK is a great company. I mean their inventory is awesome and customer service is great. But this is by far the most racist company I've ever worked for. BudK discriminates against African Americans. I've been applying as a rehire to this company for a whole year now and I've been rejected each time. I literally resigned because of racial slurs and racist behavior from coworkers. My friend who is caucasian has been hired three times during this whole process. Racism is real.

Every item I have ordered from BUDK has arrived in excellent condition, quality is "as stated ", I will joke with their outstanding customer service people on the occasion that I have called that "you haven't let me down yet "! Great company

I had numerous fails trying to log into my account on your wedsite I also had an issue to process my 1 item purchased and found that you processed the purchase on my bank account twice.

I called and spoke to your CS rep to be told otherwise. The purchase was 1 item and it corrected in my bank account later.

Will I make another purchase thru you, it's a maybe due to this experience.

The item I purchased however was very nice.

All the items I have ordered from BUDK have been as expected and then some. Especially the Gil Hibben items and the Honshu items. Shipping is fast and reliable. I have a pretty good collection of items and hope to add to from time to time. I have yet to find similar products with as much character and detail as BUDK. I wish they would do a veteran discount for us veterans and first responders.
