Excellent Service
Considering I made my order during Christmas period I was not expecting it to be processed and delivered till at least the 16th Jan 2023. I was surprised when I got the call from the delivery company on the 7th saying it was on its way in 15mins. Thanks Budget Beds for the quality bed base, excellent contact, and fast delivery. Definitely worth more then 5 ⭐️

Item finally arrived.
Reasonable product, but only three stars, as the company was very slow to respond to queries and when my mattress went missing by courier, they left it all up to me to follow up and refused to help locate it.

Good customer service
Base wasn't at the Wearhouse on time so we went there for nothing. As apology they offered free delivery following day.
Base it self so far so good, very easy to assemble.
