Ordered the bed on the 28th of December and still have not received the product. It’s now the 24th of Jan

Bought a king size bed package from Budget Bed and was given a reasonable price.
Transaction was really fast and smooth, chat support very helpful and responsive.

Delivery charge was also good and delivery was fast.

The bed base is not bad, but also not that great. We chose the one with drawers. Drawers were made of cork board-looking material, and is assembled using a staple-wire looking but just thicker and bigger. Also, the fabric cover are just stapled, you could see it inside the bed base, workmaship not really that neat. I hope bed base and drawers won’t easily break.

When the bed was delivered, the fabric of the bed base got damaged (scraped) but it wasn’t really torn, there’s just a run on it. Made of nice and tough fabric I suppose.

The mattress (which was considered top of the line) really looks great and comfortable to sleep on. I am no longer disturbed when my husband moves. The gel top also would shape up accordingly.

The headboard we chose was the simple one, fabric is nice and the cushion is ok.

It could have been nice if the description of the product is accurate and with more details or info, it would help a lot so that we know what we get when we receive the item. It’s difficult to visit the store in person these days to check the product because of the CoViD situation.

Ambassador king single - online order. I had to enquire about something over the phone, staff are always very helpful and accomodating. Bed was delivered as and when they said it would be.
Bed is also very good, no complaints so far.

Purchased a bed online for click and collect. There was no contact to pick the bed up or when I can pick the bed up. I called to pick up the bed and the lady said no not today, can you come at the end of the week. When I called at the end of the week to say we were coming, she said no can you come another time. Very unprofessional! I won't be back.

I give this company on delivering a 5/5 reason why my bed a arrive nice and safe during level 4 lockdown they did a great job on the delivery part.But the bed not a good quality for it's price. I give the bed a 3/5 but I understand it closing down so I can't moan just appreciate it I guess

Purchased a queen size bed, cheapest I could find in Auckland. Quality of the bed is great. Service was awesome as the bed arrived within 5 days. Excellent service and good value for money.

Excellent service I ordered beds on a thurs for urgent delivery Saturday great turnaround and perfect service from the admin - just what I needed as I had guests coming to stay.
Now we are enjoying the beds, and headboards keep up the great customer service

Original order was a day late and upon inquiry was told it had apparently been damaged during delivery. Prompt delivery of a replacement product was arranged and delivery person was very helpful. Once unpacked, noticed it was missing two screws and a clip but these were couriered to us. Not a straight forward experience, but was happy with the product at the price paid.

Hard to deal with. no proper date for delivery. not very happy with

the product was good, however the delivery process was a nightmare, with poor communication and multiple reschedules. i wouldn't use again just cause of the frustration if i'm being honest.
