Very bad experience with flyadeal on 26 September 2026.
My flights were:
* Hyderabad → Riyadh: F3666
* Riyadh → Gurayat: F3259
I had enough connection time, but at Riyadh Airport there was no proper flyadeal staff support or assistance with my baggage. Despite repeatedly asking for help and informing them about flight F3259, I received no proper support and eventually missed my flight.
I had to purchase another Saudia ticket at my own expense, losing both money and time.
Very poor baggage handling and ground support at Riyadh Airport. Extremely disappointing experience.

There is no way to talk to any customer care for anything and moreover chat support is AI generated and typically with fix answers, no solution for anything.so if you want to book only for cheap tickets its ok otherwise there is high charges to manage the booking even to change the dates you have to pay triple price than existing ticket price.
