Air ticket booking
I had booked my flight from Bali to new delhi through Airasia but the airlines canceled the flight and made no alternative arrangements.so I had do this booking again. As the price of ticket was going up every day, so I had to pay very high price, but I saw Budget air, it gave a price slightly lower than others so I booked through budget air. As this was my first experience with budget but I chose budget air. The e ticket came after sometime,although it was mentioned that e ticket will come after 48 hours or so. But I found it in my email very soon, then I felt very happy. I am quite pleased with going through this booking and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Very bad experience with flyadeal on 26 September 2026.
My flights were:
* Hyderabad → Riyadh: F3666
* Riyadh → Gurayat: F3259
I had enough connection time, but at Riyadh Airport there was no proper flyadeal staff support or assistance with my baggage. Despite repeatedly asking for help and informing them about flight F3259, I received no proper support and eventually missed my flight.
I had to purchase another Saudia ticket at my own expense, losing both money and time.
Very poor baggage handling and ground support at Riyadh Airport. Extremely disappointing experience.
