Me hablaron para ser embajadora. Realice el pedido de tres peluches para mí perra lo cual solo recibí dos después de un mes pidiendo mil veces el número de seguimiento. Después me dicen que haga el vídeo y me devolverán el importe invertido en el gasto de envío y un bono de 100 libras por promocionarles. Para mí sorpresa nunca llega el tercer peluche ni el dinero y por más que le reclamo por tiktok por Gmail nadie me contesta al revés van borrando las cuentas. No compren por dios

Scammers and schemers DO NOT USE this company!

Looking at the items they are exact as some items I have bought and seen on Temu and many items for £3 on Temu are £36;on here. This is a ridiculous margin and pricing something isn't right here.

Sadly, I wanted to use a smaller merchant so I ordered a dog pool for my dog on July 2. It’s probably not gonna arrive until July 18. They don’t tell you they’re shipping the product from Australia by way of Japan. I could’ve gone across the street a mile away from my house and bought one at Walmart. I don’t recommend the store at all. They don’t have a phone number and everything is done through email and they push it in your face that they have five or seven days to get the item ready to ship in another two weeks unfortunately I didn’t see that and summer is almost over so I waisted my money

I recently purchased a medium dog coat/harness combination following the fit guidelines on their web site and the coat I received was CLEARLY a size SMALL. Although they offer a 100% guarantee on their products, I then saw they require a photo as part of refund request. I took a photo of the zipper up the back of my dog clearly NOT able to be zipped because it was too small! They then proceeded to give me a REAL RUNAROUND, e.g., below is the follow-up email they sent to me...

Can you please measure the entire back length of the dog jacket (from collar to base) you received and send us some pictures of them being measured so we can investigate if the items sent were mislabeled?

UPDATE 4/15: BUT AFTER SENDING THEM THE ADDITIONAL MEASUREMENTS-- along with some very pointed comments about their quality control and supply chain issues--it seems that they consider the length of the collar (like a Nehru collar that stands up straight) to be PART OF THE MEASUREMENTS of the BACK... hmmmmmm.... I brought to their attention that, according to their own diagram, the "back" technically ends where the "neck" starts, therefore a length for the back of 16 inches should end at the neck. I brought to their attention that their fit/measurement guide is inaccurate.. but at this point I am faced with option of spending who-knows-what to mail the coat back to Australia (right....) or have them send me a larger coat so at least there is some resolution.. But after this extreme runaround I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY...AT ALL...

I paid 29.99 for the dog one. I gave it to my granddog for Christmas. Within the first five minutes of playing with it, he tore off the head. This company is a joke and scamming people with their claims. I’m heart sick about this toy and the money I spent on it. Makes me furious to think this company just scams people🤬🤬🤬

Within 15 minutes, Bosco pulled head and neck from body. Poorly made Will never purchase again.

All the products from this company and The Cannabis Company are unregulated and unsafe. So many adverse reactions and no customer service!

Hoped this would help my dog's health, instead resulted in a $400 vet bill, tried to contact the brand with no response – thanks a lot.

SCAM. I have ordered products weeks ago. They have received the order (and my money) but it has not been sent. I have rung, emailed, social media messages- no response whatsoever. The company is supposedly an hour away from where I live so not only haven’t they shipped it, it would not take few to arrive if they did.
Please don’t order from them; throw your money in the toilet instead.

Great information regarding the products, easy to purchase and quick delivery. I've only been using it on my pup for a couple of days and I believe it's to early for me to really make a comment on the product. But my sister put me onto it and she and her dogs love it and works well.

Hassle free online shopping! Well packaged, environmentally friendly. Wanted something to give my fur baby to help decrease anxiety when I leave the house. Been giving daily for almost 2 weeks, hard to say if it has helped yet, but will keep using as it is meant to support overall health as well. I do find it hard to get the right amount using the dropper so I'm using a syringe from a previous vet medication that has increments by the kilo, so easy to withdraw oil to the 10kg mark.

We have been using the buddy pet milly for the past 5 weeks for our 8 year old kelpie who was very stiff In her legs.
She would walk for a little bit then lay down. We give it to her daily and the results are amazing she is now even running around, this some thing she hasn't done in ages. This has been amazing she is like a new dog.
