We were very impressed with the service we received from BTB. Marisa is friendly and responsive, the online booking system is easy to use, the example report provided beforehand was useful and the final report was very comprehensive and useful. Thank you!

Fantastic service. Marisa and the team did a great job of looking after me. Would highly recommend.

An excellent service from both Marissa and Mike. I felt that they had my best interests as their priority. Mike phoned with his findings and advice and a very comprehensive and easy to read/understand report followed.

Super efficient service , Marisa was excellent and followed through on all promises in terms of timelines and commitments - she was a pleasure to deal with . The quality of the surveyors report was excellent and detailed as well as being delivered in time . I would highly recommend BTB surveyors

Very easy to deal with, excellent fast response, really happy with Level 3 Survey. It highlighted a lot more problems than I expected and was able to use the report to request a reduction on price, Thanks very much

The Level 3 report was very thorough and delivered on time. After the solicitors had carried out the searches, I went back to the surveyor to clarify a few things and they responded immediately with the relevant information. I mistakenly paid more than what was quoted and they immediately pointed this out to me and refunded the extra money. Very positive experience and would highly recommend BTB Surveyors.

I was interested in buying an auction property so had a very limited timeframe. I called and explained this to Mike, he was great! Fitted our survey in and came out really quickly.
He called me and verbally went through the notes he had made on the property and also gave me an idea of repair cost for each fault found. He then followed this up with a really comprehensive report, Thanks very much Mike.

I have been extremely impressed with BTB Surveyors as they handled everything from start to finish. Extremely detailed report, expectations, valuations and the added fact that they can still respond to you out of hours for any questions that you may have and a dedicated telephone number. Well done guys and i will continue to recommend you to anyone wanting a level 3 report.

Made initial contact, got a quote, booked the survey, performed on the day arranged, had full report within 6 days, yea, quite a read, but that’s what you need and so, very pleased.😀 Many thanks to all involved.

We were impressed by the following: the thoroughness of the survey; the willingness of the surveyor, Michael Booth, to discuss the contents with us; the provision of extremely helpful advice.

The surveyor has extensively checked the property and made detailed report. Price was good too.

Extremely efficient communication and quick turn around and publication of report. This company is professional and stick to their word. Thank you.

BTB surveyors provided an amazing service and allowed us to purchase our family home with confidence. Definitely would recommend.
