BTB Surveyors Omdömen

Excellent service, thank you

Good communication, professional service with a comprehensive survey report.
Arrived on time and completed the survey quickly and efficiently.
Hard to find fault with this company, recommended.

BTB Surveyor was fantastic! Professional, & thorough. Their detailed report and clear communication gave us complete confidence in the process. Highly recommended!"

Used BTB twice in a short time to survey 2 houses. The first - a Level 3 survey at 77 pages long and thoroughly detailed - saved me from making a potentially disastrous purchase. The second, a level 2 survey but still at 69 pages - was also very thorough.
Marisa, the office manager was fabulous. Friendly, efficient and online to deal with queries at all times of the day and night, including weekends, although I did not expect any response out of office hours!
Not cheap but worth the money!
Recommended.

Marisa was so quick at replying, answered any questions we had and was just perfect in the organisation. The full structural survey report was so detailed and Michael was great in telling us everything we needed to know. We really can’t thank everyone enough!

I am so impressed with the service I received. The surveyor's report was very detailed and informative. The service both before and after the report was exceptional - I had lots of follow-up questions that typically would be outside the remit of a survey. However, in all these cases, Marisa was super accomodating and responsive.

The service offered was exceptionally professional, beginning from the quotation stage to the explanations provided. The response was swift. The report is incredibly detailed and informative, providing valuable insights into the property's condition. It has helped me understand the potential expenses I may need to cover after acquiring the property. Mike elaborated on each point highlighted in red, discussing the pros and cons. Consequently, I now feel more confident in my negotiations with property sellers.
I would recommend BTB for their survey /Valuation services. Thank to the BTB team.

Michael Booth's survey report was extremely helpful in our decision to halt our purchase on our first choice property and save us thousands of pounds. We employed him again with a much better outcome and we are almost through to completion. I have found this company to be very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Didn't actually do a full survey as advised couldn't get access to the attic, didn't tell/ask anyone about this until survey report was produced. Estate agents advised they had the key, subsequently sent pictures and videos of roof. No response. Chased and Chased. 6 weeks down the line, having to book another surveyor.

The response by the company below is a complete fabrication. I have a images and screenshots of the conversations, texts/emails. To cover thier incompetence, they decide to lie even further rather than apologise and offer some reimbursement. Completely untrustworthy company when I have the receipts, beyond shocked.

Buying a house is a massive expense/decision. Things can sometimes go wrong but to double down on failures not offer any solutions and then continue to lie is a massive red flag. AVOID PEOPLE!

Very good surveyor, good service. Glad we found BTB whose survey report provides lots of guidance for us. Also very responsible, reply my email even over weekend.

BTB were very helpful and easy to deal with. Responded quickly to queries and the survey report was well presented and efficient. I would recommend them

Polite and informative, report supplied in the time frame given. Admin staff also very polite and friendly. Would recommend.

We were very pleased with the service that BTB provided. Their pre-survey communication with Marisa was excellent, the survey was completed in a timely fashion. The quality of the report was excellent with helpful explanations of some of the more technical aspects. We were asked about any specific concerns and these were clearly addressed in the report. We highly recommend this service.

Super, super happy with BTB Surveyors and would use again in a heartbeat. So fast to respond, really transparent with process and pricing, and extremely quick both to book in the survey and provide an extremely thorough report.

Fantastic service and highly recommended. I request a Level 3 Building survey and I was very impressed.

The survey date was pencilled in within a few days of requesting and liaised directly with the Estate Agents.

The app kept me up to date and Marissa communicated throughout and responded within minutes to any messages I sent.

The surveyor (Michael) and colleague came out and were very thorough in terms of their inspection and assessment.

The report was written and sent within a week and was very informative and detailed.

I can only highly recommend BTB Surveyors to anyone looking to have a building survey done. The price was very competitive as well.

Many thanks

Service was excellent, Marisa was very helpful and answered queries quickly. The survey was a fair price and the availability was good, meaning a quick process overall.

The survey was thorough, thanks!

Highly recommend this company! They have been prompt, professional and have excellent customer relation skills. Very pleased with the survey they conducted for us. Excellent company all round!
