This time of year is extremely busy for us as bee farmers, and as a beekeeper yourself I’m sure you’ll understand the immense pressure the season brings. We are only a team of two managing millions of bees, thousands of customer orders, dispatches, collections, queen rearing and apiary work all at once.
We do try to make communication as clear as possible with scrolling banners on the website and our introduction message explaining that enquiries regarding existing orders are best made via email or our live chat system. We offer several ways to contact us, but electronically is always the most effective.
The reality is, it’s incredibly difficult to answer a phone whilst working bees in the middle of a field with thousands of bees bouncing off the phone and veil — it’s near impossible to properly assist customers in that environment. With email or live chat, we can check order statuses properly between apiaries and give accurate updates.
Our AI receptionist can help with basic enquiries, but unfortunately we are completely overwhelmed to return phone calls during peak bee season, which is why email and live chat are by far the quickest and most reliable methods of contact for us.
That said, thank you again for the kind review and for your order, it really is appreciated.

BS Honey Bees gave great advice…
BS Honey Bees gave great advice regarding my purchase of a queen. She arrived within 24 hrs and was situated very easily into the hive. After following written instructions they came with her, I checked after 7 days and then again after 14 days. She is laying as required. Would recommend BS Honey Bees.

Great service and healthy bees
Prior to the delivery of the bee packages I received emails with helpful information about the process of receiving the bees and how to install them after they were delivered. The boxes they were posted in came were sturdy and well insulated to allow the five frames of bees to have a comfortable trip and stay safe. The bees themselves look very healthy and the queen has been marked so it was easy to spot her once I moved the frames into a hive.

Happy bees happy postie
Bees all delivered healthy by a very excited postman. They are now happily in their new home in the orchard with numbers multiplying daily. The postman has been checking on them everytime he delivers near them. Excellent service.
