Was a bit doubtful when I sent for it but it’s class.so easy to use works well so handy .you can recharge it even in the car .so happy with my brusheo I highly recommend it. So ladies buy one . Oh as I go to the pool after swimming I can fix my hair properly before I go out. It’s compact and even fits in handbag .

Very good styling brush just wish the charge would last longer.

Ordered the product and it arrived promptly. The product is perfect for me to use after riding my jumping horse… my helmet ruins my hair and this spruces it up after. No more helmet hair ♥️

This brush is great to use for a quick touch up on my fine hair and takes out the frizz particularly if the weather is humid or damp.

Does not work ! Charging hours, next day do not work ! Try to get a refund ! They refused ! 20 mails send ! Avoid avoid this ! Expensive, does not apply the européen law ! Keep your money !

ABSOLUTE SCAM.
One star is way too many but I can't give less. Brush does not work. I contacted them over a month ago when I first received it. They state they give a 30 day money back guarantee - absolute rubbish. I can't get a refund on a faulty item. Emails keep going back and forth to a girl called Jade and she keeps stating they are looking into it. Ive send videos and photos of the brush holding charge for less than 4 minutes. DO NOT BUY. I've given up on getting my refund of around $140 AUS. It would cost me $35 AUD to send it back and I'm not guaranteed a refund. They state it costs $49 to assess the brush - what a load of crap. Clearly by the countless negative reviews the brushes don't work and almost everyone has the same issue.

Absolute Scam, did not work, no way you can do your hair in the car or in the ladiesroom of a restaurant, product is heavy en stays very hot for a long time, wouldn’t consider puttimg that back in your purse tried to send it back, no return Address, 49;- checking fee no 30 day guarantee at all bye bye invested money,
Eventually got a return Address in Belgium by contacting Paypal, it is one of the worst neighborhoods of Brussels…. 1rue de la Colonne 1080 Molenbeek.
Belgian Police even doesn’t want to go there. Things are regulated there by sharia- law.
Product has arrived in Belgium on the 27 th of June….still waiting for my refund.

This company is in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and should be shut down. The product does not work and they do not provide refunds. Instead they tell you that you will incur a $49 inspection fee for any product returned that they do not deem to be faulty. The orginal product cost £54.90.
Do NOT buy this product.

Absolute scam! Do not buy, product does not work and if you return the product you pay for shipping plus a £49 checking charge on a £54.90 product! Disgusting company.

After receiving this product and following the instructions my excitement soon turned to rapid disappointment.. I’m in the same boat now as all of the other people who would like to give this product and the customer services a zero .. I’ve tried to follow their return policy and request an RA number which I still haven’t received, I’ve been asked to complete a form, date purchased, date received, order number , still no RA number. I’ve been advised by customer services that unless the product is faulty they will deduct a $49 fee and the product will not be refunded.. this company should be blacklisted .. they have no scruples and are nothing but scammers ..

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a brush and wanted to return the item under their 30 day money back guarantee. They have refused to authorise any return and say it is not eligible.
Please avoid at all costs

I received product which does not work. They refuse to refund my money and want me to pay for shipping and then evaluate the product. Like I can trust this company to be honest. I have never experienced this before. They should be shut down.

J'ai commandé un Air brusheo pro. J'ai reçu un produit différent de celui présenté dans la démonstration (publicité) : un Straight hair comb. Sans mode d'emploi (QR code : site inaccessible), base de la brosse chauffe beaucoup (normal ??: je n'ai jamais eu de réponse), voyant clignote (normal ?? puisque pas de mode d'emploi).
J'ai fini par retourné produit à mes frais : en respectant toute leur procédure (formulaire....): depuis ils ne m'ont toujours pas remboursé alors que produit reçu depuis quasiment 2 semaines et ne répondent plus aux mails. Je pense que ce sont des voleurs.
Je viens de recevoir un mail de Colissimo : la société n'est pas venue chercher mon retour dans le point de retrait : donc j'ai payé un retour inutilement puisque maintenant je sais qu'ils ne me rembourseront jamais !!

Fuyez cette société !! Après Plus d’une semaine d’attente pour recevoir mon colis, j’ai pu enfin charger ma Brosse et depuis ce matin 9h de charge, le led qui montre que la batterie est chargée clignote toujours. J’ai fait appel à la société qui me demande de faire de multiples vérifications et de faire une vidéo de l’appareil en panne, si celui-ci est retourné dans leurs locaux et n’est pas en panne, on me demande de payer 49 € et ils feront peut-être un échange.
Bref, je déconseille d’acheter cet appareil qui est de piètre qualité ainsi que son service après-vente. C’est une société à fuir. Je regrette vivement d’avoir pu dépenser 65 € dans un appareil qui ne marche pas. Malheureusement FB cautionne cette société frauduleuse !! Cela devrait être signalé !
