Moins transcendant que cela ne le laisse paraitre en vidéo sachant que j'ai constaté à posteriori que la vidéo était un fake (mauvais raccord au montage montrant que ce n'était pas vrai). Sera peut-être utile en voyage.

Worst service client ever! I sent several emails and all I got was automated responses and they were not able to respect the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Don’t buy this brush if you don’t have a super powerful adapter to charge it, otherwise the charge of the brush won’t last more than 10 minutes…

It’s a great holiday help

I unfortunately bought a Brusheo. I tried to charge it numerous times and it would never hold the charge. I contacted Brusheo who told me that I needed to use a 20 volt adapter charger. I began searching for the appropriate charger and found that the highest voltage that you can get is 18volts for a USB A but I could only find a 12volt. If I send it back I have to pay $49 and pay for for postage. Do not buy this product - they are crooks

Had a slight wait for product to arrive and was slightly different to the one featured in the video advert. Smaller on/off button, not the big round one as featured.
But have been so impressed with the product. It’s a lot sturdier and well made and straightens my shoulder length hair preferably and with ease. It also gives my hair body as not a fan of the dead straight pump water hair look. Makes my hair look shiny and less frizzy as well.
If thinking about placing an order, go ahead you will be impressed with the results.

Good communication and helpful advice. I would like to see better instructions included in package but have found online.
I found many negative comments about Brusheo on Trustpilot which made me nervous. However, I cannot understand what the issue is. The brush works as is described.

It took a bit to realize the cap needs to be on for it to work.
Wish you made a more rounded brush for straight hair.

I love how compact this product is. It’s a perfect travel companion!
