Brusheo 

I ordered this product after watching a video that caught my eye on Facebook and offered a risk free 30-day trial. The item arrived within a few days. The packaging and device seemed to be of good quality. However, the heat was not suited to my fine hair which looked flat and frizzy. I requested to return the item within one day of receiving it and after 6 emails they finally agreed to provide me with a return authorization and address in Belgium (not the U.S.) at the customer's expense. I contacted 3 carriers and shipping is more than the cost of the product. Lesson learned not to trust false promises and always check for a (local) address, toll free number or chat, and prepaid shipping, or buy through Amazon. This has been the worst online experience to date and I would recommend not purchasing anything from this company unless you are sure you won't return it.

This is a total waste of money. The battery will not charge and the unit needs to be plugged into the wall 100% of the time, negating the 'mobility' of the product. It just flashes all the time. I asked for a refund or exchange. No answer. I went through paypal. No answer. Do not waste your money on this scam product.

Absolutely does not do what it advertises. My hair is super static charged and even more fluffy after use. Customer services are not interested even though I contacted them within the 30 days. They’ve delayed and now will not refund as it’s outside the return period. DO NOT buy !!!

Hassle free and works amazing especially when you travel.

This brush does not work for my hair. They have a set of rules for a return and even though I followed each one. No return. I agree just a scam!

Product arrived. Does not work, will not charge up.

Several emails with customer service for the past two weeks making excuse after excuse.

Latest one today gives a full on composition about adapters. "Only use high quality adapters" and much more.

I am only using the one that came with the product.

Refusing to give me the return authorisation.

Beware very bad Scammers.

Arrived in record time to Australia.
Very efficient. Smooth transaction despite initially wondering if I would ever receive the product. Plugs into my USB port (used for my phone). My Brusheo does a great job. Regular emails kept me up to date on its tracking, except for when it arrived in Melbs & sat in a delivery wharehouse for a few days. Overall very good. Thank you.

Traveling internationally soon and I’m so excited I found something compact, easy to travel with, and I can recharged with my battery pack instead of worrying about voltage when plugging it in overseas.

Plugged it in all night. Doesn't turn on?
They will take it back and have it checked for $50. If they can make it work they charge $50 if not, no money back but will give you a new one. They don't back up their product.

Don’t buy this product, it doesn’t work and is a waste of money! I was sucked into their advertising and thought it would be great for my upcoming overseas holiday. I tried the brusheo and it didn’t work very well, didn’t hold a charge and the plug became really hot when recharging. I emailed them but because it was past their 30 day return period they would do nothing.

Do not buy Brusheo Hair Pro! I tried to return one because it didn’t work on my hair. The company gave me a runaround with paperwork I had to turn in and eventually ghosted me. Terrible company! It’s a scam

Unfortunately this company is a scam. It appears at first to be genuine, but the item I ordered was faulty. They asked for photos and videos, which I sent. They emailed back to say their “team” had agreed to replace it. After this seemingly positive outcome I have not received the replacement, nor heard from them, and they do not reply to my emails.

This is the worst hair straightener ever. Do not waste your money. The advertising video makes it look wonderful, but it is totally and utterly useless, and not worth investing in. DO NOT PURCHASE

This straightener does not work!! Customer service is horrible and their return policy is nonexistent. If you dare able to return there is a $49 fee charged. DO NOT BUY!!

Worst hair straightener ever.
It does not heat up enough to work properly.
I have wavy thin hair - not difficult to straighten, but this device was useless, it made my hair frizzier, bot oddly limp and pathetic looking.
Worse, the company is horrifying to deal with, multiple back and forth emails trying to return the brush (despite their "easy return policy"). They repeatedly denied my return despite it being within the constraints of their return policy.
And then, AHA.. they accepted the return, provided I pay to ship it from Canada to Belgium which cost near the actual brush.
Crazy on me, I followed through and mailed the brush back.
Then even more insane, about 2 weeks later the brush came back, as a "return to sender".
At that point, I was into the useless brush at a loss of near $200.
I contacted the company to enquire why they returned the package and received the response:

"Hi XXXX,
Can you send us the tracking information for the return?"

Such a bad product and company to deal with, do not waste your time.

Great product! Works quite well considering how small and compact it is. Will be so glad to use it traveling, much easier and more practical than hauling a brush style blow dryer, especially as those dryers don’t work in some foreign countries even with an adapter.
