The installers were amazing in the way in which they assembled and installed our chairlift without doing any damage to the cosmetic decorations of my professional space.. This installation was done in a business office, and they worked quietly, quickly, and neatly. We have enjoyed using the chairlift, and it has solved the problem of stairs for some of our older coworkers who had physical needs. I would highly recommend this device.

I am always Leary of having a salesperson come out on our property because most times the price goes crazy and the salesperson usually gets pushy and wants us to commit and purchase before they will leave. I gave them the measurements and got a ballpark estimate then the rep came out to check the measurements and wasn’t pushy no fear tactics were used showed us your product and explained the Bruno completely without basing the pricing on the surroundings of what we built and obtained over 35 years and not just his golden egg . We actually enjoyed working with him and didn’t have to worry about the extra hidden charges great product,great company, and most of all a great representative. We love everything about the Bruno !

Very unreliable stairlift. I’ve paid over $1500 in repairs in less than 5 years, plus money for inspections that I wanted to avoid problems in the first place. The installer said this was very unusual for Bruno, but unfortunately, that doesn’t help me. So I’m trying to help others before they buy.

Chair helps tremendously for family member who’s unable to climb stairs any longer.
Disappointed in a failure that occurred in auto swivel of chsir at top of stairs when we’d only had lift for 2 months. Family member was stranded on second level of house over 3 hours before technician could arrive to create an override somehow to have chair go down to first floor, which cleared the way for person to descend stairs on foot

The installer, Dante, was very professional and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner with little effect on my household. The clean up was perfect. All in all a pleasant experience.

Both my Husband and I us the lift chair. It has been a big help to us. My husband fell 3 times in 3 days that is when I ordered the lift chair. Life is so much easier now. I have one less problem to deal with. The agent did a great job. Thanks again.
