Broom and Bucket Ltd Omdömen

Nikki was beyond exceptional today, it was a very last minute request for two houses and she arrived within half an hour, the service was faultless. I certainly would recommend 5⭐️ thank you

I had a full house clean yesterday, Thomas did an amazing job. My house is spotless, even my daughter was impressed which is hard to do.
I will be getting broom and bucket again and i would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I've never had someone come in and clean for me before, but after a rough few months I definitely needed the help. So I wasn't totally sure what to expect. Broom and Bucket were lovely from start to finish. The team communicated brilliantly in arranging the appointment and were clear with expectations from photos I sent over. I cannot say enough lovely things about Daisy and Caitlin. They braved my incredibly dusty house and never once made me feel uncomfortable for the state it was in. They were both super lovely and cracked on with the job. I've spent the evening wandering my house and just being a little in awe of how clean it is. Especially with how dusty and grimey it was when they arrived and the time they had! I will definitely use broom and bucket again in the future (before my house gets as bad as this time!).

Abbie was brilliant. Managed to make the flat so clean. Always smiling and happy to help. Would recommend both

Arrived on time - cleaned exactly as requested. Pleasant, friendly and very efficient.

Everything about Broom and Bucket is beyond expectations. From the staff that booked in my clean, talking me through what will happen step by step, speaking to them is so easy and they’re always quick to reply as well. As for the cleaning? Debbie was a woman on a mission. Not only was Debbie unstoppable with cleaning, she was kind, she was empathetic, she was so lovely at a time when I really needed support. She was so helpful and overall… I’m genuinely speechless. I really am. I actually called the company crying on the phone to thank them and let them know how thankful I was. Debbie left me a list of everything she did, she left me biscuits and she left me feeling a hell of a lot lighter. Her kindness means the world to me, her cleaning has made things easier to manage and when I say the place was left spotless… I mean it. I cannot thank this company or Debbie enough 💕💕💕

Abby arrived on Wednesday and did an excellent job for Broom and Bucket. She worked non stop for the time she was here. Look forward to seeing her again in two weeks time.

Booking was quick and painless, all the questions I had were answered in a timely maner.
On the day of the booking, the cleaner, Leah was fantastic, she went above and beyond what I expected.
Great service that I will be using again in the future.

It was the first time I used Broom and Bucket and they did not disappoint. Both Amy and Nikki did a fabulous job. No complaints. They were friendly and left my kitchen spotless. Would definitely recommend them.

An excellent cleaning with professional manner and do a very thorough job. Better than previous services I tried. Highly recommended.

Lucy and Thomas were the absolute dream team for our start of tenancy deep clean. They had a tough task on their hands but made everything absolutely sparkling clean! They were both so lovely and friendly and we felt in complete safe hands from the very beginning.
The quotation and booking process with Caitlin and Gem was really easy and smooth and the communication from everyone throughout was really clear. We’d definitely ask for Thomas and Lucy again! Thank you!

Poppy from Broom and Bucket did an amazing job on a one off clean I wanted before some visitors arrived. She paid special attention to the areas I highlighted and the whole house was sparkling afterwards. The whole process of booking the clean was very easy and the communication from B&B was great. Would thoroughly recommend

Absolutely brilliant, place was spotlessly clean after they went in after builders and they were so accommodating and worked flexibly around our needs.
