Notre chauffeur, Ikmal, a été parfait durant tout le séjour. Il parle très bien anglais, est toujours à l’écoute et s’adapte parfaitement à nos demandes. Il sait également se montrer discret lorsque cela est nécessaire, ce qui est très appréciable.

Les excursions sont très bien organisées et tout s’est déroulé de manière fluide, sans stress.

We had an unforgettable 4D3N adventure traveling from Yogyakarta to Surabaya and Mount Bromo, all thanks to the fantastic organization by Anne. She was exceptionally kind, responsive, and accommodating with every request—everything exceeded our highest expectations!

Incredible experience! The organization and logistics managed by Anne was exceptional. Our driver Bima and the local guides Sam and Vitho were very welcoming and professional. We took the 2N3D package and our expectations were more than met, this tour is a must if you travel to East Java. Congratulations to the team, the service has been brilliant.

We booked a 4D3N trip for 3 German couples, starting from Surabaya and visiting Tumpak Sewu, Bromo, Ijen and finally taking the ferry to Plataran Menjangan in Bali.

Anne was very kind, responsive and flexible. She allowed us to customize the itinerary to fit our preferences, which made the whole trip much easier to organize. The hotel selections were great and offered good value, and the Hiace was very comfortable. We also received fresh bottled water every day at no extra cost.

Our driver, Pak Navis, was excellent. He speaks English, was always on time, friendly and patient. He had to pick us up at around 2 AM almost every day and drive long distances on some pretty bumpy roads, yet he always remained cheerful. When one of our friends got sick, he also went out of his way to help us find a doctor.

The local guides for the hikes were also kind, helpful and did their best to communicate in English. They showed us some beautiful spots and made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout the hikes.

Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated how attentive and accommodating the whole team was. Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip around East Java!

We have seen Madakaripura waterfall and Mount Bromo at the sunrise. Everything was perfect, the guide and the driver were professional and friendly.

La loro caratteristica piu' bella e' la disponibilita' sia del driver che dell'organizzatrice sempre pronta a rispondere alle milioni di domande che le abbiamo posto. Very well planned and reliable service
1. Booking and Organization
We booked a long 7/6 day tour only a few days in advance, so not all of the offered high quality hotels were available, thus we were offered a refund for a slightly cheaper alternative for one night. Thanks to Anne, we had a very flexible and fast responding service , also on adding or cancelling of tour options.
2. For such a tour, the driver is an essential part of the tour, for safe and reliable transport and service, as well as support to get tickets, contact the local guide, and to get food, drinks and a toilet on the way when ever we asked.
With Silva we had really subtle and great support, his driving stile was excellent, save, and still fast getting to the next location. He was always there to help us, we always felt safe and cared, and also his English is by far good enough to avoid any misunderstanding, I would say it is even a lot better than that of most guides.
3. So all in all we had a very good experience, a lot of interesting highlights of Java, and service at highest (western) standards.
Thus we can fully recommend the tour, of course also for a family with kids like us.

The tour was perfect, the sites that we visited are amazing, in particular the sunrise in Bromo. The guides that escorted us are very good and always available. Very good experience!

We made the 3 days trip mount bromo & mount Ijen with Ikmal as driver.
The tour was well organized, the choice of hotel over the expectation and driver make us to feel safe and comfortable in every part of the trip. Restaurant suggested have a balanced choice of both local and International foods.
Waterfall was Amazing (you literally enter in the waterfall), the sunrise on mount Bromo (you see the sunrise from rim of the old big caldera, looking at mount bromo in the center of the caldera) and the ascend of the vulcano was impressive, as impressive was to see Blue flames on mount Ijen.

We had a great experience in our trip to Bromo and Ljen. Akbar Arif, our driver, is a good guide and a nice person.
Anne from central services helps us and gave us a good support.

We had a fantastic experience traveling through East Java with BromoVolcano. The organization of the personalized tour was just outstanding, all drivers very friendly and the guides incredibly knowledgeable. We had the 3 days Bromo & Ijen crater tour, it was simply amazing! The communication with Anne was very helpful, she answered all our questions and gave us all the recommendations and advices we needed. She was always responsive and everything was arranged by email from Italy. A special thank you to all the local guides that looked after us and especially to our driver Chris, who was always friendly and made every transfer enjoyable and comfortable.
