Incompetent organisation
Hotel itself was amazing however dealing with Broadway Travel has completely put me off dealing with any third party travel company.
Numerous issues including not telling us we had to pay for luggage, spending days sorting out our reservation with hotel as they said they hadn't received the details of the booking from Broadway travel. Got to hotel and they hadn't sent details of the upgrade that was arranged (selling point).
Getting to the airport and the transfer company not having our details. Then lastly spent our last day chasing up our transfer back to airport.
No more give me TUI, jet 2 and the likes anyday!

Good Morning Samantha and thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We regret that you were disappointed with certain aspects of your holiday, however appreciate the opportunity to address the issues raised. As discussed on the original booking call with the lead passenger, our agent did confirm that hold luggage was not included. Following the query received, we forwarded the call to the lead passenger to listen to and he confirmed that he missed this part and simply expected it to be included. However, as a gesture of goodwill, our team added on a hold bag free of charge. With regards to the issue contacting the hotel prior to your arrival to add on a special request, we did confirm that as per your ATOL certificate, we do not book the hotel directly with the hotel, but via an accommodation supplier. When you emailed the hotel directly, you did not quote the lead passenger's surname nor the accommodation supplier booked with. Therefore, the hotel were unable to locate your booking. Had we been contacted to send the request to the hotel, we would have happily assisted, however we were able to confirm in writing that the hotel had your booking, to reassure you. We would also like to confirm you that the hotel were advised of the upgraded room in advance of your arrival, however apologise on their behalf that this was not provided at check in. As soon as you contacted us, we immediately contacted the supplier who ensured that the room was made available to you at midday the following day. As per our email to the lead passenger, we also asked the hotel to provide you some offer of compensation for the incorrect rom type not being available on your first night. We received no further communication from the lead passenger until your review. We can also confirm that your transfers were included in your package and we were not made aware from resort of any issues. Had we been alerted, we absolutely would have stepped in and resolved any queries. If you remain unhappy and would like us to to raise a complaint with the supplier regarding the room allocation/transfers, please email CustomerCare@broadwaytravel.com and we will certainly take this to the supplier on your behalf.

Night, Not to Remember
Just back from a cruise and stay with Broadway Travel, the cruise was fantastic, absolutely loved it, food was 1st class, service was amazing.
The problem was the, 1 night stay in Venice after the cruise. We were staying in the Mestre area just outside the city.
When we arrived at hotel we found a man urinating as we unpacked the taxi.
The streets were full fo cigarette butts and dog fieces.
Just across the road there were drug addicts and prostitutes congrating at corner. later at night we could see them heating up their drugs and some were injecting them, not a good sight. The receptionist at hotel told us that it in not a rough area. We stayed in hotel that night.
It was a bit of a downer on a fantastic holiday.
Broadway Travel please, please don't send anyone to this area of Venice.
Booking number was BSC100236.
The booking was made with Blue Sea Cruise, who your company took over, including all bookings, so YOU are responsible for booking.
We will never recommend Broadway Travel to anyone, we have had nothing but trouble since your company took over booking.
Just don't send any of your customers to that part of Venice.. not nice .
