Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions. After I had completed the booking I had a couple of further queries and my call was returned promptly and my questions answered. Booking process was straight forward and the paperwork was sent by email whilst I was on the phone and could confirm receipt. Downloaded the app and all my booking details were immediately available.

Terrible dishonest service
Never use Broadway travel again . Ronnie booked our holiday and took the money. He appears to b dishonest as my husband tried to access his account. This he could not do so he contacted Ronnie to b told he had not got the hotel room .

Susan, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have reviewed the details of your booking and would like to clarify what happened. At the time the holiday was quoted, the deal and hotel room were available. Our agent also checked the availability of a sea-view and balcony upgrade, which you were happy to pay for. The booking terms and relevant disclaimers were read and acknowledged, and payment was taken in order to confirm the booking. Unfortunately, during the booking process, the hotel room availability changed and the booking subsequently failed. Our agent and supervisor investigated the situation and waited until the following day in the hope that additional rooms would be released by the hotel. Unfortunately, no further availability became available for your chosen date. You were contacted and offered an alternative date, but this was not suitable for you, and you requested a full refund. We understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you believed your holiday had been secured, and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We would also like to assure you that the booking failure was due to the loss of hotel availability and categorically deny that is was related to any dishonesty or inappropriate handling of your payment by our team. We appreciate your frustration, but we hope this clarification explains the circumstances surrounding your booking.

Confidence in Holiday Booking
I have booked a holiday with Ronnie, a competent staff member several times. He takes time to book thoroughly and goes over with all the necessary information.
However, a better discount for loyal customers would be greatly appreciated. This is not in place at present.
