I was surprised to see this company launch, as it appears to involve some of the same individuals who were previously connected with The Dog Training College.

As a former student of that organisation, my experience during the period when the business was closing was extremely disappointing. Communication with students was poor (non-existent) and many of us were left feeling unsupported and out of pocket while the company was winding down as they did not disclose this to anyone.

Because of that experience, I personally feel cautious when I see a new organisation connected to the same people. While the website mentions values such as community and welfare, my own experience with the previous organisation did not reflect those claims.

For anyone considering enrolling, I would simply recommend doing thorough research, reading a range of reviews, and making sure you feel confident before committing your time and money as last time and time before that it's a take your money and run for the people in the background!

This review reflects my personal experience and why I have chosen not to engage with this company and will not be recommending to anyone with the dog training industry.

Extremely disappointing experience – please research carefully!!

I strongly urge anyone considering this company to do thorough research before signing up, particularly into its links with The Dog Training College (DTC).

I paid £800 for a Dog Trainer Certification course that was advertised with “lifetime access” and professional training. Other students paid significantly more. Unfortunately, the company later became unreachable, the course platform disappeared, and it has since entered liquidation.

This means I have lost access to the course entirely and have received none of the promised service or qualification. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover the money and am still pursuing the matter through formal channels.

What is particularly concerning is that this new company has now been set up, which appears to be connected, without resolving the issues faced by previous customers. Many former students are in the same position, having paid substantial amounts for courses they can no longer access.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, both financially and personally.

I would strongly advise anyone considering signing up to proceed with extreme caution and fully research the background before committing to any payments.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Scammers and Charlatans. Re-birth of company (Dog Training College) which recently went bust owing suppliers and customers thousands. BEWARE !!!!

Absolute awful company! Please do your research into the dog training college who are now set up as this! Scammer owners who stole thousands and thousands of people and please look into the criminal convictions!!

Prospective students should be aware that the people involved in this company appear to be connected to the former Dog Training College (DTC).

Many students from DTC were left significantly out of pocket when that company collapsed. At the time, reports showed around £800,000 owed to HMRC, staff wages unpaid and students having paid thousands of pounds for courses that ultimately could not be completed (in the region of £2,000 upwards so not a few quid).

During that period students experienced major issues such as course content not working, mentors leaving because they were not being paid and communication becoming extremely difficult - emails unanswered, telephone lines cut off. Some students also discovered that the qualifications they had been working towards were not properly accredited.

Despite these problems, new students were still being signed up and paying substantial fees.

Seeing a “new” company appear with individuals linked to the previous organisation, raises serious concerns for those of us who experienced this situation first-hand.

I would strongly advise anyone considering enrolling to research the history of Dog Training College and make a fully informed decision before committing any money.

I regret to share my experience with the people in charge of this company, regarding their dog training education and qualification program. Last year, I paid £2000, enticed by their claims of professional teaching and the promise of accreditation. Unfortunately, it became evident that the company was aware they were heading into liquidation at the time of the sale.

I was pressured to enroll with the assurance that there was only one spot left, which turned out to be a false narrative. They knowingly took my money, fully aware that I would not receive the proper accreditation or the education they advertised.

Now, they have rebranded and launched a new company, seemingly without addressing the concerns of those they left in the lurch. I feel it is essential to share my story so other potential customers can be cautious and avoid the same pitfalls.

I urge anyone considering their programs to conduct thorough research and reconsider their choices. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, for many of us.

It’s worrying to see this company presenting itself as “new,” yet already displaying reviews for services that haven’t actually been released. Based solely on what is publicly available, an individual claiming to represent the organisation has sent numerous unsolicited friend requests to dog trainers’ private profiles, including my own. This behaviour is intrusive, unprofessional, and raises immediate concerns about their approach to marketing and boundaries.
Additionally, the person previously shown (now removed) as the CEO on their newly launched website appears to be the same individual associated with a past company that left many people out of pocket for services that were never delivered. When this history is combined with their current questionable practices, the situation becomes even more concerning.
There are several clear warning signs here. I strongly advise trainers not to join, engage with, or purchase anything from this organisation until they provide transparent, verifiable information and demonstrate a significant improvement in their conduct.
If you’re looking to become a qualified dog trainer, I recommend referring to the ABTC for accredited, reputable, and science‑based courses.

The courses advertised and ‘reviewed’ here do not appear to exist in the way they are promoted, and attempts to get clear information from staff have been frustrating and largely unhelpful. Communication was poor and I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously.

After looking further into the background of the business, it appears to be connected to a previous company that was liquidated, which left customers significantly out of pocket.

There are no courses listed on the BCA website, yet multiple 5-star reviews have already been published describing course experiences, which also all seems to have been written around the same date.

Consumers may wish to independently verify:
• The identity of the individual(s) operating the business
• The basis of any claimed CPD accreditation

Transparency is essential when enrolling in paid education programmes. I would strongly encourage prospective students to carry out careful due diligence and research before making any financial commitment.

I’m so glad I chose Chloe to train my dog. She was patient, kind, and really understood what my dog needed. The difference in behavior was noticeable so quickly.

She made everything easy to understand and gave me confidence as an owner too. My dog is now much more focused and well-behaved. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great trainer!

Helped me with jukes pulling on the lead, Chloe was amazing, after 1 session our walks were noticeably different and I’ve started enjoying them again after 2 years of being stuck. If your thinking about working with BCA just do it.. highly recommended

Attended the Canine body language workshop on Saturday, absolutely loved it. Can’t believe how much I didn’t know and the amount of experience and knowledge I gained from it! would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to learn about dog body language.
